Tori did my makeup and was so friendly, personable, and did an amazing job! She did my mom’s makeup as well with no reference pictures or direction and she looked amazing, plus ten years younger.

I always have a good experience when I come into this store. It was incredibly busy being right around Christmas but the sales associates were very nice and helpful.

The stick was a little low on a few items but again, I attribute that to the holidays.

Overall fairly clean and when the line got really backed up for checkout they opened another register.

Shop there constantly because of the prices. Love the clothes. Wonderful clothes for awesome prices. Also they give us gold bucks or whatever they're called them. Not 100% sure but they give you special money to use to come back so we do that and it gives you massive discounts. We always find things for the entire family I buy for my boys. My mom and I go there all the time and we love the clothes. I buy my workout clothes. My mom buys her work clothes. My son's by their everyday clothes. My youngest son buys his work stuff to go underneath his uniforms. We buy everything there pretty much. We really like the place. It's a great place for reasonable priced every day, work, clothes etc. Even going out clothes. We buy a lot there. Shop there a couple times a month.

Love this one stop shop for all my cosmetic needs. Bobbi Brown Foundation, Dior eye cream, various makeup products, hair care, lashes, lipstick, masks, and more. Sephora has everything you need for your makeup bag.

Went there yesterday to get matched for new foundation and it was super busy! Despite it being super busy Sierra was absolutely sweet and patient! The skin scanner wasn’t working so we swabbed multiple foundations until we found one I liked. I’m very appreciative!

I went to get a makeover for my birthday. I believe her name was Mallory who created my look, she was amazing. I had a screenshot of a look from a youtube video that used the Huda naked palette which is what I wanted to buy myself, since apparently I suck at love and never have a boyfriend to treat me to the smallest of birthday gifts. But I digress, even though the very day of my bday I discovered my ex cheated on me prior to our breakup months ago. The idiot actually said he was in a relationship on facebook that started the 16th when we broke up on the 28th of that month. Brazen jerk. 47 year old w denchers dating a girl who looks like she's 16 even though I still think he's secretly gay, but again I digress. The day was as good as it could have been. Even though they were under the impression I was getting makeup done for a wedding...

The staff is so amazing and helpful. Atleast 3 of the girls in this store helped me and my niece tonight. I'm an old pro that found some new products. My niece is 14 and just getting started on beauty products, they were so patient and KIND with her. I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff at this store. We will be back soon!

I rarely leave reviews but the women working at this Sephora made such an impression on me that I just had to say something. I had 2 people really help me yesterday and show me so much kindness that might have seemed routine for them but made a big difference for me. One of them has a super cute purple haircut, I called the store ahead of time because I live far from this store and was looking for a very specific item and didn't want to drive there if I wasn't going to be able to buy what I need (they had the conditioner and a suitable replacement for the shampoo). She remembered me from the phone when I came in and was super nice. Then, a second woman who I think was the manager, noticed I was buying mismatched products, and told me that they had JUST received their shipment for the day and offered to look for what I needed to see if it had just come in. Some time later she came back with an entire box of products and found what I needed-- AND, it was the only one they got in that day so I was very lucky to get it. Made my day.

They always say to be kind to others because you just don't know what they're going through. It's true. I struggle a lot with depression and had come to this store for a certain beauty care product to help make myself feel better and take a step towards climbing out of the depression hole one falls into. Their extra step and genuine friendliness really made an impact on my day. Thank you to this store and their wonderful staff. You guys are good humans.

Vivica at South Hills Village was very helpful when I was looking for heat protector for my hair. She showed me multiple products and gave me a sample. Very nice

Took my daughter here for her birthday! All the employees were so attentive and helpful! They looked for product that wasn't on display and helped with an alternative. Superb customer care! Also my daughter got a birthday gift. She was able to choose from 3 options. She ended up with a facial care package. All and all, a great place for special makeup. Maybe a little pricy but has everything you would ever need for beauty care items. Tell em your birthday and get a gift on that day!!

I had the best experience here with Moriah today! As soon as I entered the store she greeted me and not only helped me find the concealer/foundation I was looking for, but shade matched me, tested a few different shades, found the PERFECT matches, and then helped me pick out a new moisturizer. She was so sweet and helpful, Sephora is so lucky to have her💗💗💗

Ilove this Sephora! Everyone is welcoming and do willing to help! Kim helped me with foundation color matching and Rachel did a 60 minute make up session. These ladies are especially wonderful! I loved the makeup session and highly recommend Rachel!!! I looked and felt great when she was finished and i left with great products that work for me!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. They helped me and my teen daughter find the right products for hair care and make up. They provide very generous samples to try. So you can truly get a feel for the product prior to buying. We have loved all our products. They also have a selection of products for men.

Sephora is one of my favorite stores ever! Love the assortment of brands and the ease of finding the color and products that I want. I've had make-up assistance from the sales staff that has been spot on. You can ask for help picking colors and products and the sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. It gets a little crowded during peak hours, but I go at off times and do not have trouble getting help. Lines move quickly during check out and the store is quick to open another register or find ways to move people through check out. Great products, services and options.

First of all, I HATE shopping for make up and skin care products, it always makes me feel inept. I went into this sephora location to pick up the face lotion that I use and decided to look at some make up products that weren't just generic brands. I had a few questions and a young associate Mary was incredibly helpful! I loved the products she recommended.

Love this store. Popped in here for eyeshadow, the ladies were extremely helpful, Also decided to have an impromptu internet date meet me here 😂😂😂. The ladies were definitely ready to hype me up or help me out with that as well lol. Thank you ladies! Truly appreciate it!

The staff, or cast as they call themselves, is phenomenal, professional, fun, savvy. This store has Lancome and Givenchy which many do not and they have Hourglass!!!!! I have met the store manager Ellie and she is class act!
