Here 3 weeks for Christmas. Appears to be understaffed but trust me current employees are busting their butts to help everyone as fast as possible and maintaining very nice, polite attitude. These complainers must think they're special or something. Thank You for what you do FSH Post Office. Merry Christmas to you.

Mr. Lamar at the front desk on most days is kind, friendly and calm. He works efficiently and makes the process seamless. It's an easy and streamlined process. I've always had a great experience at this location since 2010

Great service. The guy was really helpful at the desk today. Thank you! And I've read the other posts, the location is there, small sign, but it's there. The wait was not bad at all.

It's a Post Office.. Had no issues with this place. It's not a place for conversation etc.., it's a PO. The Post Master seems overwhelm being there as a 1 person run facility.

Their personnel is always short. Never enough people.
Their collection times on the inside drop offs need to be updated. They’re wayyy off. For example, if I drop off a package inside at the drop at 0600 it won’t be scanned until 1900.

Not honest....Use Fedex instead

They mark packages as "delivered" or "on hold per customers request" when they can't deliver on time. I've NEVER asked for them to hold my packages. Fundamentally dishonest to try and lie like that.

The phone number that is listed is the generic customer service number and NOT the actual branch number. A nice way to insulate yourself from answering to your customers eh?

Closed during week for 'technical' difficulties. Apparently if the computers are down, they are no longer able to manually rate and take cash for payment. Why is this? Today, Saturday February17, 2024 at 10 a.m. they were not open (it appeared that no one bothered to show up) even though the posted hours say 9-12 on Saturday. No sign, nothing. They deserve a zero rating!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just tried to come here at almost 2pm on a Wednesday and the doors are locked even though they are supposed to be open. No sign, no nothing about being out for lunch or no staff. Typical USPS service.

My time sensitive package has been sitting “accepted” at this location for 2 days, no movement. They don’t bother answering the phone. Save yourself the trip this location isn’t worth the hassle

The problem is, this post office just closes at random times. Almost every day it's closed between 1300-1600. I understand manning shortages and perhaps the staff is sorting/unloading/loading trucks at that time, but how about updating your hours? A sign on the front door would be nice. And not that "Be back at 4 PM" cardboard sign either but an actual hours of operation sign. This place is operated like a dirt road fruit stand.

The lady who works in the shipping office is super nice… when the office is open. I’m tired of showing up during “open hours” only to see a temporarily closed sign with either an overdue return time or no time posted at all. I get the low manning issue and wouldn’t mind calling to confirm but the office number is a generic USPS customer service line.

This post office is completely unreliable. Three out of the five times I’ve been in to mail something they’ve been spontaneously “closed” without any sort of explanation or obvious sign out front. The guy in front of me said they “usually open again around 3:30” but there was no indication of that schedule on the door, or anywhere else. Waited until 3:35 this time, and still nothing. Huge waste of precious time.

Epic fail. There is a post office at the other end of Stanley....go other direction on Stanley, pass the Bank and will be on the left just before Reynolds Rd. I have no idea why this location pops up when you search for the post office. Also heads up, this location is a tad slow.

randomly closes or closes early, almost daily, hangs a sign that says technical difficulties. USPS needs to look into what their employees are doing here because they ain't working
