Just bought my first pair of ski boots. It's a little intimidating when you don't really know what you are looking for. Jacob was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I tried on several models/brands until we found the best fit. Got the inserts that I needed, got them heat molded, everything in one stop.
There were four customers in the fitting area needing help and he handled everyone super smoothly.
I will definitely come back here when It's time to buy skis.

I was a little skeptical going here as I just moved to Texas and the area isn’t exactly known for skiing. But wow! Super knowledgeable people, very pleasant. Don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Great experience. Bought a whole new ski setup and the turn around was super fast!

Full service ski shop with everything you need to be prepared for the slopes

Our family has come here for every snowboard/ski need for years. Dave has always taken great care of us. This week Terri went above and beyond to track me down after we dropped something on the way out that we had already paid for. She left the nicest voicemail and saved the item for me and offered to mail it. I’m super thankful and it says so much about how they treat their customers. 10/10 highly recommend 👏🏻⭐

There is no better place to visit for your winter sports gear! Huge selection! Great gear for snowboarders or skiers! You won’t find better or friendlier staff! Definitely our go to place. We drive an hour and it is well worth it! Don’t look anywhere else if you need new gear for your trip!

Doug and Lynda’s is the place to go for all your ski gear. Been coming here for decades and the whole family is fitted out from head to toe with goods from this store. This place has a selection that puts others to shame- you won’t be disappointed.

We get all our winter gear here. Great family and staff. Remember: they're always closed in the summertime and re-open in September.

I was surprised to see a ski shop in Texas! This place is HUGE and full of hard goods and soft goods. Chilly and need a Northface? Find it here!

Such an awesome ski and snowboard shop. Better selection and prices than any I've been to, including mountain towns.

This by far the best place to come for any and all winter clothing purchases. In comparison to Sun and Ski sport’s selection, Doug and Lynda’s has much more variety and items. I was helped by Kim, a very sweet lady who helped me find the best price for a fleece I really liked. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Can not say enough about this place. Phenomenal folks, incredibly helpful,, friendly. Even watched our dogs in the store so we could shop without having to leave them in the car. Expert fitting of ski boots, custom heat fitted insoles, Brad and Dave were great to meet and talk music with. You all rock. Will be back for any and all needs and maybe just to say hello. 10/10.

I have never had the experience at any other ski shop, huge selection, the best gear on the market. Amazing customer service would recommend anyone in need of some new gear. Especially ski boots you can not get a better fit anywhere else. The owner Brad Douglas is a very genuine man love coming here.

I can't give enough stars for the service and staff at this store! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable, they offer a great selection for adults and youth, they have a full service ski shop and their customer service is top notch!

I hope you all get a chance to meet Fred - you'll find him in or around the ski shop. He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. He recently helped our family prepare for a ski trip and we really enjoyed working with him.

I went by Dave and Lynda’s to get new bindings installed on my skis. Another store told me it would take two weeks but Dave and Lynda’s had them done in 3 days, and could have been faster if I was really in a hurry. The staff was all very friendly, and I noticed they have an awesome in inventory of ski equipment and apparel. I plan to shop there the next time I need some gear. Highly recommended. BTW parking in the area can be tight but they have their own customer lot behind the store—enter from E. Virginia St.

This place is in an old Town shop in McKinney, and doesn't have the same architectural appeal of a new building. But do not let that fool you, they have all the latest and best quality ski gear in the business... And where they really shine is in the advice they give you on what you need. They don't overload you with stuff, but they equipped you for a great trip. Fred helped me get everything I needed to have a great and memorable trip... And not be cold

I've been buying here since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. You don't find store like theirs anywhere else and not even in the mountains. I have always and will always buy from them. The owners are great and down to earth and same with the staff. Always willing to go the extra mile to tune my boards fast and right. Best Ski Shop in the US!

Jacob helped me pick out some skis and he’s great! So knowledgeable and patient. Everyone else also was very nice and friendly. Definitely worth a trip even if you live further away.

Great ski shop with an excellent selection of ski equipment and clothing. Super Dave is an awesome ski boot fitter and the owner Brad is really friendly. I was visiting McKinney for a wedding and ended up buying a pair of ski boots. Who knew. Prices are good as well. Highly recommend this place.

Really great store. Surprisingly great pricing and variety. D&L is my go to shop for winter gear for our whole family. They also have a full service ski shop to service skis & boards. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to visit D&L.
