Been coming here for years, my tracking lights up that my package arrived at the box. AFTER the "Box Time" I understand that. But I took off work to come up here to pick up my first shipment of books and I was told they aren't supposed to give it to me. I get there is regulations and all or something.. but that's wrong if they are only open during work hours. I will just start getting boxes shipped elsewhere.

Does anyone know what their ACTUAL number is? I have a 20$ package that says it was dilivered but never arrived at my door and getting into contact with them about it has been impossible.
