McDonald's

After a very poor experience this morning around 8:45 a.m. with a manager, I ended up having a very dignified professional conversation with a different manager (a wonderful woman who wore a red shirt) and she convinced me customer service does still exist. I appreciate her time and effort to rectify my concerns, I also appreciate the fact that she did not minimize my interaction with the unprofessional manager. Thank you so much.

Stopped by on late Friday morning for a quick bite and had a terrific experience! Super clean inside, the order was ready and brought out in a few minutes, hot coffee tasted great! (which I'm yet to discover at any other McD location). Special kudos to the guy who brought the order, the friendly attitude was so uplifting, the guy deserves some serious recognition! Overall, beat my original expectations by a mile!

I get there VERY early & sometimes cannot get my Mocha Frappe, but they've made it up to me .

Had a really great breakfast experience here. Order was ready fast, brought to table. Food was hot. Staff super friendly. I've had a few bad experiences at other McDonald's recently. This one is doing great. Merry Christmas!

McDonald's has the best "fast food" breakfast food, period. If you are ever in Erie, that McDonald's on I 90 near the casino has the best fast food, ever.

We discovered using the app for deals, placing an order and picking up curbside. The staff is friendly and courteous. I've noticed the orders are more accurate if you do it this way as well. My kids love McDonald's as a treat, and it's nice to be able to provide it economically. Thank you.

Super clean and very nice employees, the drive-through is always quick as well.

Fast service see despite there being a birthday party as I got my order quicker by going inside and using the app because the both drive-thru lanes were long.

Ate here today, first time in many many years. Love the automation, the ease of ordering in or on your phone, pay through GPay or through the app or scanning a QR code. A lot less noise in the restaurant while I was here I think that can be contributed to the kiosks and all workers are behind a wall. Very positive experience and that is saying a lot as McD's has always sucked in the past.

App has good deals and rewards. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean dinning room and restrooms. Breakfast items available all day.

My family works here they know who they is and y'all are amazing and the other staff but love you guys awesome costumer service

I asked for extra ketchup and mustard on my burger and they made it so sloppy with ketchup and mustard that I was in heaven. I see why we are having a ketchup shortage, it's all this McDonald's fault and I am so here for it. Thank you for making sloppy dreams come true. I love you.

The girls at both windows are always very nice. Didn't have to wait long at all.

Service was slow but all the food was fresh, fries and all and I have no issues waiting for fresh good food. And they didnt smash the sandwhiches flat like many other places. Food was hot and looked like it does in commercials.

I just walked in because my work truck doesnt fit in the drive thru. Not only were they courteous, they literally had my order ready in the bag before my receipt printed! And yes, it was correct lol.

Had problems ordering on kosko. Drive thru was fast. They had a nice special...2 for 6 dollsrs

This was the first McDonald's restaurant in the U.S. Haven't eaten at this one in a while, but I usually visit some McDonald's during Lent when they offer their 2-for-1 fish sandwich which is always good.

I really had a taste for a chocolate shake so I went and got one from there and it was delicious 1 thing I could say about McDonald's they made great shakes
