Very friendly and helpful staff. Good Food and drinks too.

I stop by on my way home from working my night shift job. I always get a chai latte and sometimes a doughnut or two.
I use the app to order ahead and pick it up at the drive thru window.
Always fairly quick and accurate orders.
One of these days I'll redeem my points from the rewards program and maybe order a breakfast sandwich. Another reason to use the app.

Visited for the first time, staff was awesome! Tina and the staff were friendly and very helpful! I had a big order and they were so patient and professional! The store was clean and inviting! Highly recommend!!

I Love Dunkin! I prefer their coffee over Starbucks since it's not as strong. Great flavor choices. The Dunkin App is so convenient, just order and it's ready when you get there!

There's something about nearly every Dunkin donuts I enter, and I enter a lot of them. It's like the employees are saying "welcome" with their mouths, but their eyes are saying, "why did uncle have to buy a Dunkin donuts?!"

The morning staff at this location is awesome. I live closer to the Willoughby Hills location and I drive past it to come to this one because you pull up and they're ready to take your order, it's quick, the coffee is consistent and correct everyday. My biggest problem with the other location is that you wait forever and there's no telling what your going to get. The staff here is friendly and yesterday in the drive thru, the lady reminded me I like cream in my coffee when I forgot to order it. They're worth going out of my way.

This DD location was out of all the doughnut flavors I had mobile-ordered. It was my first time downloading and using the app so I qualified for a free cold brew coffee. One of the employees (I believed named Preema) was really kind. Not only did she give me the free coffee but she also told me to cancel the order through the app while giving me a courtesy doughnut of another flavor that she recommended. It did not disappoint at all! Wish we could see more employees like her, who truly know know the meaning of Customer Satisfaction. I ended up with a DD gift card of value higher than my original canceled order after contacting the service team.

I could tell you 100 amazing things about this location. Been fortunate to live around the area for 10+ years and know most of the workers there. Just awesome people and a fun crew. Show some courtesy and you will get it back ten fold. You guys rock !! LOVE going here man.

Good coffee, cheaper than starbucks

I come here often with the kids & we're never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and fun, we've always had quick service, and there is always plenty to choose from - making it an easy way to please my kids! Other locations sometimes are out of certain donuts - we've never experienced that here!

This is the best Dunkin Donuts ever everybody in here is so kind it's super clean inside and everybody is on top of their job here they make drinks amazing!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The gentleman working the drive-through window is very pleasant seems very genuine, it's nice to see that nowadays. He should get a raise because he seems like he knows what hes doing.

Every breakfast sandwich I ever ordered has been delicious. The staff in the drive-thru is always friendly, kind, and patient, especially since I never know what to order. LOL
