Dusk Coffee

I like this place that I discovered while exploring Oakland. The restroom is clean and the coffee is amazing. I ordered a Dirty Chai Latte which was delicious. Fortunately, they had lactose-free milk available for the coffee. When I asked for a phone charger, one of the baristas kindly brought it to me with a smile. The music wasn't too loud so it was great for studying. I also took some photos and enjoyed the view of downtown while sipping my coffee.

I encourage you to stop by this perfectly situated coffee shop located in the historic triangle flat iron building at Telegraph and Broadway. As child I remember this was a Doggie Diner location. Now it's Black Owned & Operated by a gratuitous and attentive young lady. Almost every seat has a view of the hustle an and bustle of the world on the streets. Perfect for dipping your brew and getting sun laptop time in. There counter top menu options were hand printed for a personal touch but I'd like to see that personal touch on the chalk board on the back wall with prices.. I enjoyed several lemonade blackberry juices, for the coffee enthusiasts that have a good range of options. Decent selection of pastries but I'll return for more once they included a blueberry choice. Love to see a trash bin closer to the front doors. Hope she last long enough at this location to give the next generation they're-memories of this spot.

I’ve had an almond croissant before but a pistachio raspberry one?! So good I felt moved to write a whole review on it. Best croissant i’ve had in a long time and I’ve visited France a couple of time!

Binta the owner makes the best lattes! She's super friendly and cares deeply for Oakland. I love going in and seeing her, it brightens my day.

My new favorite cafe! Fresh open space to study and AMAZING specialty drinks. The chilled Black Sesame Latte w/ a matcha shot is the perfect morning bev!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always great. Their coffee is amazing. Special shout-out today to the beautiful Black woman who made me a classic latte with half and half, at her recommendation. It is the best coffee I have ever had! It’s creamy and delicious and the coffee has a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend Dusk.
Oh, also, the staff is always genuinely awesome. It always feels like as soon as you walk in the door you’re welcomed like family. So, yeah, I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Ordered the Blackberry Vanilla Latte and the Pistachio Raspberry Croissant. SO GOOD! Nice, relaxed atmosphere. I came with a book and sat next to a plant. Highly recommend

Had a great London Fog. This is without a doubt one of the best coffee spaces in the Bay. Such a cool building! The batista (owner?) was super cool as well.

Amazing coffee and food! I'm here on vacation from Olympia so we know a thing or two about coffee, and Dusk Coffee delivered and then some! Very reasonably priced, super good and the staff are all so nice! We said we were from Washington and they offered to let us try a shot to rate it on the house, and the pure coffee was super on point! Will be stopping here at least once or twice more before I catch the train home!

Absolutely amazing coffee! Honestly some of the best I've every had not to mention the price is outstanding. The roast was so smooth and the coffee was flavored perfectly, I can't explain how pleased I am with Dusk Coffee. The staff was so friendly and cheerful, ontop of that the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. A must try coffee spot for sure!

Great inner city black owned and operated business. The staff is wonderful and kind. They offer a wide experience of coffee related knowledge from their blends and mixes of cold or hot beverages. If you are experimental there is a weekly mystery drink that's available for order. Which surprises the taste buds each time. Stop on by to support the local business and experience the area.

Blackberry Vanilla Latte, yes yes yes! I love coming to Dusk. They have some unique offerings and they are all very good. I've tried the cold brew which is good, but the real winner is that Blackberry Vanilla Latte. Its not too sweet but is a nice punch of flavor to pick you right up!

Beautiful addition to the neighborhood. Their prime location and hand-crafted drinks should make them a hit in no time! Also, they have bakery from the famous Firebrand Bakery from up the street. They said they do not have a wifi at the moment but they are in a process of installing it.
