Morris Cadillac

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. No haggling because the car was priced fairly, friendly staff, timely transaction. My salesman Sam answered all of my questions. Didn’t make me feel rushed to make a decision. Made sure the car I was interested in was ready for me to take home same day. The financing experience, which is usually the most stressful part of buying a car, was so easy. Scott was efficient and no hard sell on any of the extras. I was in and out of his office in less that 15 min. My cousin was with me and was so impressed with the experience she said if she buys a Cadillac in the future, it will definitely be from Morris.

Morris Cadillac is a great place to service your Cadillac! The people do a super job keeping you you informed of the status of the service work if you wait in the customer waiting room which is very clean and comfortable. They provided fresh coffee and snacks and the staff kept coming in to make sure I wasn’t left there alone for too long without knowing the status of the service work. Overall great job and I’m very happy!!!

My 2024 Cadillac XT4 only has 500 miles on it, but I was having problems with the WIFI; problems with the hands-free lift gate; and, issues with a low left front tire pressure reading.

Kathleen, the Service Advisor, was very prompt in getting me checked-in, and she was very helpful (and empathetic!) in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle.

John, the technician, was very knowledgeable and he was quite patient (and, thankfully, not condescending!) in explaining to me the technical issues with my vehicle. I believe that the issue with the left front tire is resolved, and my sense is that the issue with the handsfree lift-gate is resolved.

Unfortunately, the issue with the WIFI does not appear to be resolved, but that is not John’s problem—it is GM’s problem for putting a product into the marketplace that was not fully tested and that does not seem to be market-ready. I’ll give it a little more time for the Cadillac engineers to come up with a solution to the WIFI connectivity issue, and hopefully that will be soon.

In the meantime, kudos to Kathleen and John for being exceptional members of a very professional TEAM at Morris Cadillac! GREAT JOB!

Stopped here on a Saturday, had called AAA for flat tire they filled me up, but something still wasn't right. Cathy and the service team were wonderful in helping me and fixed the issue quickly. Excellent service!

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have had Mark Yonke help me with my Cadillac purchase ! This was my first time with Morris I chose them because Bill Mash is there. I have so much history with him I won't buy a car from anyone else. Morris is a very nice place and I had a pleasant experience.

I called Cadillac road side assistance and didn't get the service I was expecting for a flat tide at 11PM. But when Morris Cadillac got involved the next morning they apologized and said they would have come out had they been called at 12 midnight. My service with them was excellent

Kathleen was very helpful! She even met us outside when I pulled the car in. The service man checked the car right away and had Kathleen call us to make suggestions on other work that should be done soon. When I picked the car up, Kathleen reviewed the information with me and got me on my way quickly.

Staff was polite, efficient and timely. The definition of old fashioned customer service.

They were very informational about my vehicle and what they were going to do and what would need to be done with no pressure. The waiting room was very elegant and they had Starbucks coffee and snacks that were mighty pleasing. The customer service there was five star and the treatment we received.
