Always reliable, and very much impressed by the customer service agent I spoke with to schedule this who had to read a lot of scripts to me. He was the best and I have high standards. Unfortunately i made an error in the phone survey and could not get back to rate him properly. The repairman who came today was equally pleasant to work with. We went through most major components of the fridge together to diagnose it and he had no problem educating me alone the way. Super job.

My repair person was terrific. He quickly fixed the minor problems I was having with my 2 year old microwave and gave me several great suggestions for future issues I might have.
My only negative with Sears Home Services is the $249. "diagnostic" fee that was charged for this visit. When I made my appointment for this person to come to my home I already had "diagnosed" the two issues, 1. turning off the Reset Filter red flashing light and 2. Replacing the 2 light bulbs. I informed my repairperson about these issues and he quickly resolved them. I should NOT have been charged this exorbitant amount for this small service call. Even the technician agreed and said that other appliance "diagnostic" fees are much less, his hands were tied by the Sears Home Services policy.

The technician explained to me. What's going on with the appliance so I can get a better understanding. Next week went over some options that I was thinking of he actually did confirm. That's what I'm very pleased with the outcome of his visit.

He was excellent! On time, professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it! He made sure that I understood what was done and finished up with an overall test of the machine. I don’t want any of my other machines to break down, but if they do, I sure hope he will be the one you send!

The technician who repaired my dishwasher was fantastic. I would recommend him any day. I was, however, extremely disappointed that it took 50 minutes and being transferred to SIX different people who all asked me the same question, before I was able to schedule a repair. All because I have a protection agreement. Funny….within a day of trying to schedule this appointment my internet security provider notified me that there were 18 different internet searches using the same information I provided to the 6 different people I was transferred to. Was it a coincidence? I doubt it. Sears should really look into the people they have contracted to provide customer service.

The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and got things done efficiently and quickly.
I would definitely prefer this technician to come back again next time I need my tune-ups or any repairs.
