As good as (Hardee's) gets

I pulled up late; ~10:30pm. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and double cheeseburger entrees.

I've never had Hardee's before tonight; with that said, the young lady taking my order was patient with my order as I pondered the menu. After providing my order, I was informed it would take a little bit to prepare the order, and that was fine with me. Sounded like one other person, a male, was working, and it sounded like they were having fun! I liked seeing that.

It took no longer than 6 minutes for my food to come out. My chicken was juicy, and the burger was hot and not greasy... With that said, both were incredibly salty.

TL;DR: Employees are awesome, the reciepe needs work. Equivalent to a high-end Burger King, but incredibly salty.

Food and service were excellent. The restaurant interior needs to be updated.

We received coupons in the mail and a few were for fresh fried chicken. It's been a while since we had fried chicken so we decided we would try theirs. The coupon was for 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 5 biscuits and sweet tea. Everything was wonderful! The best friend chicken I have had in a long time. We got mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw for our sides. I am not a big coleslaw eater but wow it was delicious. The biscuits were nice and fluffy and the sweet tea was perfect. Not too sweet like other places are. This will definitely be my go to place when I am wanting good fried chicken.

I love going to this Hardee's for breakfast. There is an older woman there in the Drive-Thru window that will brighten your morning anytime you go. She is so nice and always says God bless you. If I'm having a bad morning she always makes me feel better. And it's funny because the fast food restaurant I won't say any names that is a block down the road from this one there is an older woman there that is completely the opposite.

Good but slow they making food to Iredell to eliminate waste. So I'm cool with it. I like my good fresh.

Party was delicious, service was okay and the wait for the food was a little long but everything else was fantastic five stars

This place is always spot on. The people are always so friendly and the food is always prepared correctly and it comes out. So if you wanted treated like a person rather than just another customer and want good food go visit these folks on Webb Ave !!!

Love the food I see breakfast even with coupon gone up high w/o coupon sane price get more for that price. Check your coupon sweetie try it at the speaker window or inside at the counter. You never know whose doing survey's sweetie while you're being rude but I miss the chicken on the bone just at one store in alamance Co near me. I can't get there in time if not at all.

Great customer service

Absolutely love the hardys breakfast menu. The particular Hardy's I go to Can be a little slow. Which you can actually watch them run the rail dodging each other trying to get the food out fast. It might take 3 or 4 sometimes 5 minutes. Very entertaining to watch them trying to get everything out so fast. But the food's always good.

I went there Saturday morning for breakfast and it was very delicious, the cashier/waiter was very friendly and professional, she made sure everyone got their food quickly, no waiting lines👍🤸‍♀🤸‍♀

Staff were Professional and food was Outstanding !!! Biscuits were Perfect and Tea was good !!!

My favorite Hardee's in Burlington considering that they are the only location in Burlington that still sells fried chicken...not just chicken tenders. Ordered their chicken tender combo today and I feel that they have the best chicken tenders out of all fast food restaurants including KFC and Chick-Fil-A. Also had two apple turnovers for dessert and I like them much better than what McDonald's offers since they seem to be more crispy and have a complete outer pie crust unlike with McD's. Will be back!

They have the best biscuits and love their hot ham and cheese they just need to put some meat on it so you can taste it

Great experience, short staffed and they worked well to get the orders out quickly with friendly service.

The manager was very nice. He called himself the pastor. Very good.
