Wendy's

The food was hot and delicious. It was extremely busy, but only waited a few minutes for food. Excellent customer service 👍🏼 Restroom and dining area was clean. Probably one of the best Wendy's I've ever been to. Great place 💯

So the food was decent. The counter service was so-so. But the lady that cleans the dining area.... makes me wanna go back every week. What a lady. That place was so clean and she was so beautiful to chat with. Every fadt food joint should have one of her. They called grandma Wendy's. Or something like that. Loved the whole visit just bc of her!!!

The best drive-thru experience ever. The employee, Love, was extremely kind. I don’t frequent fast food places often, but on the rare occasions I do, this is the only Wendy’s I’ll be a customer of. Thank you all

This location gets busy but, the line goes extremely fast. This store is usually on point.

Even though the drive thru line was long, it went quickly. My order was accurate and fresh. The fries were a bit salty but the sweet tea was on point. The lady at the pickup window was polite too.

Awesome staff! It was a busy day and they worked the line. I would rather them be a little slower than the artificial "go park and we will bring out your food" other places do. Our meal was correct the food was great and the while staff was nice.

Don't get to eat what I shouldn't often. So this day was on the way back from making a drone video, stopped their for lunch. Got their baconator type burger!!!! Their thick chocolate shake!!!! And no salt on the fries, of course. Healthier that way, and always fresh out of the oil!!! Would definitely recommend to others...

My kids loves Wendy's. They have increased the wait time so I'm always happy. Also their food never disappoints so overall I give them a 10. But I can only rate 5 stars.

They have AMAZING service. They are always fast and always friendly. I ordered through their app but Door Dash delivered. I contacted DD first and they said bc I ordered through the app they were unable to help and that I would have to contact Wendy’s. So I contacted them one and I spoke to Lisa and she was so kind to me and understanding.

Great customer service. They're usually on point via the drive through. The lines are usually long, but it moves amd the food is hot...so that is all that matters.

Mr. Al'jajuantez went out of his way to provide us with great customer service! We live in Reidsville, but only come to this Wendy's and it's always worth it!

Staff is always nice and respectful. They obviously care about their customers. My family eats from here at least once a week and it's a very pleasant experience every time.

Fantastic place to grab some lunch. Employee's here are always nice. Dining room and bathrooms are always clean. Food is always served hot and fast. I've never had a bad experience here. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Wendy's has stepped up! Fries were hot, wrap was together (not falling apart), and the food was even bagged neatly. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team I encountered on my visit.

Very clean, efficient and all around pleasant. Old Wendy's manager working there as a dining room host makes everyone's day with memories from his 25+ yrs with Wendy's. Store manager Jaime does a great job with her crew.

Food was good and hot. I really enjoyed the fresh spicy nuggets and the pineapple mango lemonade yummy. Frontline crew member had a sad face; I tried to perk her up

They were closing but the man was nice enough to stay and take and cook my order. I wasn't picky since he was so accommodating. Thank you
