I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I drive 20 to get my drink! Always tastes great. The gentleman that works there is really nice. The lady is not friendly but terrible. This place will always be my go to for my drink. Also it’s in the mall so it can be busy and slow depending on the time you go, so take in consideration when you have to wait

It's nice to have a modernized option for snacks and sweets in the mall! Pretzels and cookies have been staples since the 90's - but rolled ice cream, bubble tea, bubble waffles and more are a fabulous addition to the area.

Because rolled ice cream and bubble tea are made to order, the service can be a little slow (especially if you're used to typical pre-made mall fare), but it is well worth the wait.

i love this place, the employees are soo nice and so funny! i come here so often for the top tier rolled ice cream! i love drinking the boba tea with my ice cream. the dragon fruit bubbles are the best bubbles! THE BOMB! i recommend this place so much! their crepes are OUT OF THIS UNIVERSE! i love luminous colors they use! they place is very radiant! the açaí bowls are so nice and delicious! they smoothies are so nutritious! they use all organic items! such high quality fruits!

I’ve visited bubble house a couple times now and each time it was excellent. The service was amazing and very informative and kind about my questions. They have so many options when it comes to different taste and customizations. And a wide variety in menu with acai bowls, rolled icecream, crepes, smoothies, milk shakes, and bubble tea. Would definitely recommend and they even gave me a punch card to get a free tea with my tenth purchase!!

rude staff with zero skill or personality making carbon copy drinks of other businesses without innovating whatsoever. we have enough drink places like this that do nothing special and expect return traffic and do surprised pikachu face when their rent is more than their net for the month

Walked away after waiting 20 minutes and not receiving my order. There were so many other people that were there longer than me waiting on backed up orders, there was no sense in trying to complain. The place was severely understaffed and had no real experienced supervisor or manager. Shame. I hope this place enjoyed my $10 donation.

I saw that the reviews say it was good so I decided to try, it turned out horrible, very very VERY sweet. Never going back again!
