Had a surprisingly pleasant and relatively quick visit here to handle some business license needs. Janette was very friendly and provided great information while helping me complete what I needed to get done.

Awesome place the security guard is vary helpful and professional Tuesday and Thursday are the only days you can walk in to do what you need to and Monday Wednesday and Friday are appointments only

I've had to deal with a lot gettingy car registered and paying old parking tickets. The ladies in delinquent accounts were so helpful and didn't make me feel like a criminal trying to take care of stuff like parking administration does. Shout out to Sylvia! #rockstar

Fué la mejor decisión acudir directamente, el personal es muy amable rápidamente aclararon todas nuestras dudas y solucionaron nuestro problema. Habíamos recibido un par de cobros equivocados y solo fué necesario nuestro testimonio para corregirlos. Mucho mejor que hacerlo por teléfono.

Fui a pagar un ticket y les lleve pruebas de q la linea roja x la q me estaban dando ticket No era legal y despues de inveztigar me regresaron mi dinero...

The hours to pay a parking citation in person are 9-1 on Tuesday and Thursday these are limited and why I am giving 4 stars. Andrea one of the workers here is amazing! She was super helpful and friendly. Thanks Andrea for making my experience easy!

Street sweeping fine given in an unmarked area. $40 arbitrary amount + a state sur charge (which means what exactly) + a debit card fee. Every line item needs an explanation as to why the amount is what was charged but that can not be found anywhere. The city continues to find reasons to rob people at every turn without explanation. Be careful not to look at the building or the treasurer will forcibly give you a viewing fine.

Remember people. The most expensive thing to be in this country is poor. The city is not helping with fine after fine.

Trying to pay taxes.
Statement I received shows a link where I can "pay" but after inputting the information on the statement there's zero matches.
I call the to try to receive help so I can pay the taxes and I get the rudest person. I don't know if she missed breakfast, if she just hates her job, or something else but come on... check your attitude, if I'm not rude to you why be rude back?

Not a fan of paying taxes but I'd be happier to pay taxes if the customer service were at least decent...

I just got started to fight the city treasurer for taking my taxes the last two years for books I never checked out in 2004 , 3 book a dvd and a vhs they say. $2500.00 they are charging me..I did not check these books out and they called me on 2007 and I told them it was not me , I thought it was settled ..14 years later there stealing my taxes. I never heard another word from them until this year after they already took a thousand of my hard earned dollars, VERY DETERMINED TO SEE THIS THROUGH any suggestions?

I waited 38 minutes as being second in line. Why? The workers are chitchatting......... there's 3 windows open and only one operating 2 ladies are talking and 1 of them is having personal conversation with a consumer. What a joke!
