I went into this store location to change my provider over to T-Mobile, upgrade my phone, and get T-Mobile home internet. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jordan took his time explaining plans, options and phones to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Alicia helped me in setting up my new phone and home internet. She was super patient with me and explained everything to me. She made sure to hook me up with some big rebates. Hands down, best experience with a cell phone provider I’ve ever had. Super friendly and helpful crew!

My mom needed another phone. Their employee Breann asked few questions and few minutes later got us another phone, transferred everything from the old phone, signed up with different plan and saved few bucks. She made it easy for us.

Charles helped me so much make my bill more affordable for me. He was funny and made it an enjoyable experience! He was also giving great service to customers coming in, in the time being as well. Thanks!

HE WAS FUNNY, FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY HELPFUL, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, HE WAS FAST AND PERSISTENT. UNLIKE THE OTHER TWO FEMALES THAT WASN'T CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY SITTING AROUND MUGGING CUSTOMERS AND SITTING AROUND ON COUCHES PLAYING WITH THEIR PERSONAL CELL PHONES WHILE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE WALKING IN.

The entire staff (4131 University Ave) was incredible!!! The store manager Jason and the store assistant manager Keyah, was outstanding. I was going through a lot for the past week with customer care. I won’t go into detail about that issue. But Those 2 are the best at fixing any problems. Thank you both so much. And the customer service in the the store was top tier!! This will be my home store for sure!!

I walked in to transfer service from a different carrier on a Sunday morning. I am tech savvy and knew what I wanted. Paul the store manager and his associate were laid back, no pressure and straight up told me the hometown plan would save me money. After a minutes I’d attentive service, I was good to go. I was so impressed with the cellular and customer service, I added a 2nd line.

I appreciated service. Always a small, calm, composed.

Stopped by yesterday to get some help on a weird issue. Paul immediately greeted me as I walked in and asked for patience while he finished with another customer. Wait was really quick. Incredibly friendly and tried to help me to the best of his abilities. When he wasn't able to, another person named Armando came to the rescue.

Paul seemed to genuinely care about finding a solution, and I'm glad Armando came in with the assist. Wouldn't hesitate to come to this location again.

I've felt with several cell phone company's over the last 10 years when I left T Mobile the first time. I had nothing but trouble with the other company's with there personal and equipment. That's why I decided to come back to T Mobile their staff are well trained and very professional and they have the best equipment

Jose was very helpful when I was switching over to sprint from T-Mobile. Great customer service, and he was able to get me on the cheapest plan from analyzing how many gigs I usually use per month. I would definitely recommend him!

Needed to upgrade because of the sprint merge, Mitch helped us and talked us through everything we needed to know, he even went out of his way to pick up a phone from a different location that wasn't in stock at this one. He also worked with us an hour past close to resolve an issue rather than have us come back to handle it later. I'll be returning to this location for any help I need from now on!

I just had a great experience with Kat Hekm of store 6499. She provided Great customer sent skills while solving my problems. She Is a tremendous asset to your company and should be promoted!

Caden was amazing, knew exactly what we were looking for when we went to Sprint. I always have a million questions when I go and change my billing. I want to know what to expect and he answered every question in detail. He deff deserves the recognition!

Whether I pay my bill online, over the phone or in person, the CSRs with Sprint are always knowledgeable and courteous. The Sprint store at 42nd and University has the greatest employees that are more than willing to help you until your issue is resolved. Plus my truly unlimited plan is just that: truly unlimited!

The store manager Brittany is doing a great job with seemingly very little help. She is awesome and now I don't have to drive to the suburbs. HOORAY!

I went in store on 11-15-18 to have my brother phone and mine replace Jose retail consultant he went above and beyond to get the phone from

I came back that evening for jose to finish my phone,and my brothers he smart with a phone and very respectful . today we went back to sprint store, meet caden, retail sales he was patient with my brother who has special needs to teach him how to run his phone i will be giving them more referrals the 2 young men they deserve more pay and recognizance as the to top men to see. to fix your phones ,Louisa petty.

I am so thankful for T-Mobile and to Paul he is so kind. I am blind and I'm new to smartphones and Paul was very very helpful and and extremely patient I highly recommend him.

I always love the atmosphere here! Great music on the speaker, the employees always seem to be having fun! They even go above and beyond offering waters to all their customers!
