Great customer service! when life puts a frown on my face. Employees at Tropical smoothie (“Sunny and others”) are right there to put a smile on my face

They were really nice, with a sense of humor and my bowl was so good!

Ive come here so often that some of the staff know me by name at this point! They never disappoint, and the food and smoothies are always worth the price and amazing! Highly recommend coming here

The customer service today at tropical smoothie was above and beyond! My toddler eyed a ball that was set out as decoration and wanted to play with it. Sunny found an extra one they had in the store, cleaned it off and let him play. The drinks were made quickly and were delicious. Of course as a toddler mom, carrying all the things and a child, I dropped one on the way out to which sunny responded with an “it’s ok” and a smile and cleaned it up for us right away. 10/10 kind guy.

I love this place and am a regular. So much so that they often have my smoothie made before I've even ordered!

Are basketball team always comes here before games, super speedy, delicious food/smoothies & great customer service! Highly recommend!! :)

I tried one of the new promotion bowls at this business and it was the mixed berry Greek yogurt bowl and it was delicious!! I would definitely buy again.. Customer service is great!!

Between this location and the one off of Eglin, this one exceeds expectations. Their food has so much more flavoring and much more friendly workers!

Had a mis understanding and got charged a extra dollar when I was trying to swap ingredients, they handled it so well and were willing to pay me back out the tip jar (which I declined) but they have great service and attitudes and I hope to have continued service like this thanks so much for good service and good food/smoothies. Only took the time for this because kindness is becoming rare

I love eating here my food and drinks are always delicious and fresh and fantastic. It's always clean and smells so good inside. The employees are awesome and I'd eat here every day of I could.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and all of the employees! I’m always greeted and those always brighten my mood! A great smoothie every time, and definitely my favorite location!

Was impressed when I ordered from here o Easter Sunday. There was one employee working. She was kind, and she did a wonderful job preparing our food and smoothies super quickly and efficiently despite being the only one there. I really appreciated how welcoming she made the envioirment, and the food/smoothies were great per usual.

Over a year ago, it used to be an all female crew, and sadly it was a total mess!! I stopped going for almost a year due to that. But then one day I was in the area, I thought, let me give it another try and OMG!! I'm back since I learned about this new amazing crew!!!

Now it's an all men crew!! They are super nice and polite!! They never give you a hard time and they are excellent at what they do!! The store and bathrooms are clean, and it's pleasant to be there, sit, relax and enjoy!!

Both locations have super nice employees, and they both ARE Amazing!!!

Don't hesitate to visit them, because they are absolutely Awesome!!!

I really do love this location the guys are amazing they do a wonderful job always bringing my drink out to my table when I am waiting and dining in when they're busy I understand when they're call for your name but everybody has been very friendly and great to us

The older gentleman that helped me was super duper nice!! Will definitely be back at this location
