Starbucks

Angel at this location is AN ACTUAL ANGEL. We flew into Rapid City from Denver, Colorado on the 20th to film a documentary for Tanka Fund and one of our primary interviews was scheduled to take place today in the grand lobby of the Alex Johnson Hotel. There was a music feed that was interfering with our audio equipment and Angel handled it like a pro. She was quickly and thoroughly able to help us and she did so while simultaneously fulfilling her responsibilities as a barista. We seriously could not have done this important project without her and we are beyond thankful for her diligence. FIVE STARS FOR ANGEL.

I LOVE ALL THE STARBUCKS ALEX JOHNSON HOTEL IS A VERY RELAXING PLACE TO GO TOO TO HAVE STARBUCKS,THE BARISTAS AND THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS......

The Pumpkin spice cold brew is Amazing! So is the Blueberry Black Ice Tea! The staff is Amazing and very personable!

Well, first it’s Starbucks. Consistency in quality coffee is important. Very clean. Well maintained. Knowledgeable baristas. Great seating. Perfect location, next to/in our hotel. A very easy and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend Starbucks.

This particular Starbucks has a very chill atmosphere and the baristas are very nice and skilled with the art of coffee (and other beverages.) It's safe to say that my favorite part about the experience is the overall homey feel of the establishment. It's bar-none my favorite place to go before a long day of work at the Alex Johnson Hotel.

This Starbucks has really great coffee and atmosphere. I like that they are open pretty late too, good place to work. Quiet and very clean for a coffee shop in Rapid City. The staff is very friendly here! I’ll be back for sure!

It can get busy, but I like the location and the historical building. Service has always been good. No drive thru (which I like because it's no fun to walk in, wait patiently, then have someone get served ahead of you because they're in drive thru). Lots of seating available, probably because it's attached to the hotel. If you are a guest at the Alex Johnson, don't forget to use your drink coupon here!

A nice girl Paige working there helped me pick my order. Fast and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed it.

Roomie Starbucks and the only one in downtown, but be aware you cannot charge it to your room if you're staying at the Curio.

Novel location for a Starbucks, attached to the famous Alex Johnson Hotel in downtown Rapid City. Looks like an old-tyme saloon in a way. Very friendly, energetic staff who greeted me, made my order perfectly, and delivered an especially fresh and rich-tasting Venti quad-shot breve cappuccino, one of my favorite Starbucks drinks. Cheers!

One of the coolest Starbucks I've been in and I've traveled a lot. Roomy and comfy and right in the dead center of town. Friendly staff. It's in the Hotel Alex Johnson which is a very cool old hotel. This is what makes it special. 4.6 stars.

This is my favorite starbucks in town. It is always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with drinks or food. The overall atmosphere is pretty nice!

I order the same drink at every Starbucks, but today Alexa was my barista and she nailed it. BEST coffee I have ever had, thank you! I will be going out of my way to get my macchiatos at this location in the future.

This is the Starbucks inside a hotel called the Alex Johnson. It's a pretty nice place. They keep it clean and the staff is friendly. There enough seating for large parties and they have a fire place you can sit next to. They are not a corporate ran location.

Super clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spotless. The baristas were super friendly!
