Thee best breakfast burritos with egg, cheese, salsa, bacon and sausage. Or I usually get the breakfast special which is a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin + coffee. Favorite spot near work.

I had the Country Burrito and it was super delicious. There's a mild sauce in it that just makes it perfect. Food and medium coffee was $13.90.

This is such a great place. The had all kinds of food, sandwiches, burritos, breakfast meals, juices. There was just such a great menu. We ended up having a BLT, Mexican hot chocolate and fresh juices. I had the Vampiro, I think it was carrots, beets and one other vegetable. Bottom line, this is the place to pick up good or eat the meal there. There's plenty of choices. You'll not be disappointed!

Happened to stop here randomly and was happy I did. The jalapeno bagel breakfast sandwich was excellent. Real bacon, half an avocado sliced, egg and cheese. Yum! Staff was super friendly too.

Really enjoyed my turkey blt. Thus place has good prices and an very homey feel. Recommended for lunch or breakfast.

I always come to grandma's in the morning on the days that I drive into san francisco for work to grab a morning coffee or a breakfast special. Julian and the team are amazing. It's such a family vibe and the food is great too. Thanks Grandma's!

Over been coming here for last 9yrs. Food has not disappointed me & my colleagues. The coffees, smoothies & shakes are all good! At this writing, I'm going to pick up lunch and a breakfast smoothie! Yum!

Their grandma's breakfast burrito is the best thing I've ever had. Ever get a burrito that's all rice and maybe a little bit of meat? Yeah, that's not this place. It's literally ALL scrambled eggs and meat, absolutely delicious. The sauce on it is amazing, no need to ask for any on the side, they make it perfectly. For $8, there isn't a deal around that can beat the bang for the buck as well as the authentic Mexican food taste. I'm telling you, this place is legit. Btw, I'm a 6'3 200lbs guy and am FULL. Two thumbs WAY up!

I've been here twice so far and I've never been disappointed!! The service is friendly and quick. The food is mouthwatering, fresh, and to die for!! The pick-me up smoothie is refreshing and smooth. 10/10! I'd recommend trying it out.

This places has great milkshakes... provided you can ever find it. It is a bit of a hole in the wall, closes early, and the door is covered in blinds, carries a "Sorry, we're closed sign," and is ever only barely ajar. Still, the milkshakes are quite good. And given how far out of their way they go to discourage you from coming here, the rest of the food is probably good too.

Shabby chic definitely. But I had the most awesome smoothie here. No lumps and bumps of fruit. Just a beautiful smoothie that tasted like real fruit was used. Not all of us want the feel of boba tea all the time. Will

Great quick breakfast and lunch spot with a large variety of items. From breakfast burritos to smoothies to milkshakes to sandwiches you can easily find something you will like. The turkey panini is a great sandwich option. And their grandma's breakfast burrito is one of the best I've ever had.

Delicious sandwiches, friendly, fast service, eat in or out. Reasonably priced, and great selection of other menu items I've not yet tried, but strangely, no salads! I've asked about Mac or pasta pesto, or any... but they seem uninclined to ever add them to the menu.
Minuses: they only serve breakfast & lunch, and.... drinks are priced higher than you'd expect.

I got tired of grabbing an overpriced lunch at the Market every day, so I started exploring other places near my office. This is a solid mom-and-pop style cafe with sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. I grabbed a TBAC (tomato, bacon, avocado, and cheese) and was happy with the choice. It was generously sized and toasted.

They accept credit cards on purchases more than $5. Check them out!

Hidden, but not-so-hidden gem inside SoMa, on the south edge bordering Mission District. I live nearby so Grandma's is super convenient. It's worth the trip if you live further away!
Portions are large and costs reasonable. Try the toasted TunaSalad and Cheddar Sandwich. You won't be disappointed!
Pro Tip - grab extra napkins!

Wow, this place is great. They have a lot of items on the menu, but I don't think I'll be able to not order the sandwiches. I tried the Diablo and it was one of the best tuna sandwiches I've ever had.
The only downside is that the food can take a little bit to prepare since they don't have a lot of staff, but the quality and price make it worth it

Pretty good decent time to get food order to go. If you do not want to wait, you can always make a phone order and just pick it up. I enjoy their Tuna Diablo Melt.

I had to try this place out. My food obsession are sandwiches and soooooooooo happy I found this place. Well, technically my mama found this place lol thank you mama for introducing me to Grandma's Deli Cafe😍😄I devoured my food before taking pics..maaaaaaaan but next time I will definitely take pics first before stuffing my face full of my turkey toasted on a roll with cheese and condiments sammmichhh!!!! 👅
