I love this place because of Joann's great prices, shear volume of items in this store. Any project you can think of you will most likely be able to find what you need at Joann's! Sign up for their text program to receive extra coupons! I thought up the box you see here. I still have a couple more things to add to my masterpiece. I was able to solve a real problem that I was having and thanks to Joann Fabrics .. My dream has become a reality!

Clean stocked up store. Very friendly management and workers. Young lady there is a cricut maker master she helped and guided me 100% on my purchase and what to do. Thank you I forgot her name but she was so sweet and helpful!

Love the selection, the prices and the helpful sales associates. The people staffing the cutting table can answer just about any sewing question and are a terrific source of project advice.

I was frustrated because I could not find the right fabric for a wedding gift, Skylar asked if I needed assistance. She helped me find the perfect fabric, did the measuring and cutting and by being so friendly and personable we talked and I bought more fabric pieces and left a Happy Customer.She truly saved the purchase, I was almost ready to walk out frustrated. Plz give a her a raise for being so helpful and saving a customer!! Thank you!!

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Willing to go beyond the normal to help you. I really appreciate the great customer service! Great sales going on through out 50-70% off throughout the store.

I bought something online and picked it up in store to avoid paying shipping charges. I found the pickup location in the front of the store right away where my order was sitting in an open cage with a large label with my name on it, I grabbed it and left. Very fast and efficient process.

I came here looking for a cricut machine, they had the best prices across any other fabric store and Amazon. They also always have awesome sales and online coupons! I had a few questions regarding which model I should buy and one of the staff members was so patient and answered every single one of my questions thoughtfully. She also help me pick out the proper paper and tools to go alongside it. The store is always very well stocked and very clean. This is my go to fabric store!

Was buying yarn for a large afghan blanket I am working on the cashier was extremely kind. Jo Anna’s if the best place for any crafts you are planning on doing!

Customer service is always fantastic. They answer questions, they show you that you are an important shopper. They are always friendly. I have visited other Joann stores in the area but this is by far the best one and on lo y one that I patronize with.

Tristen is an amazing employee!. She went above and beyond to help me out with my return and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. She could have told me that she couldn't help me but instead she tried various methods to make sure I left happy. I couldn't help but laugh and feel embarrassed in the end as she apologized to me when really I had to do all of the apologizing for being so complicated. I appreciate the great service. I love that they have all types of fabrics for really good price. The special occasion fabric is what I was looking for and it was on sale for 30% off which made getting extra bits to alter my dress very affordable.

Staff is usually spread thin/overworked especially during sale days but they do their best to make us feel like family. There shouldn't be one person via a register on a sale day with 12 people in line so the blame rests on corporate not the workers on the floor. Loosen your purse strings corporate!

Tonight the store was not busy so service was great. The person at the cutting counter was very friendly and interacted well with my husband regarding language translation. A shopping experience is always good when he's able to participate!

Bought items to finish a wedding dress. Found beautiful lace at a great price. Every one who worked there was well informed. We were in and out in 30 to 40 minutes. Not bad we bought 12 different items.

This place has absolutely everything! So many buttons and fabrics to choose from, and the best part is when I get to buy socks! The staff is also super nice and I would come here every day if I lived closer because that’s how much I enjoy coming here.

I probably haven't visited a Joann Fabrics store since I was twelve when latch hooking was the teenage craze. Wow has this store changed! This is not your ggrandma's frumpy fabric store anymore. I first walked into a red clearance rack by the entrance which had a good array of picked over merchandise. Walking down aisles, I felt like I was at the Costco or Home Depot version of a craft and hobby warehouse. Each aisle was visibly marked with signage for each category of merchandise. The shelves were well stocked and organized. The store was brightly lit with a short line at the cashier surrounded by other point of sale goods and seasonal decor and gifts. There were ads for programs and workshops and if I had more time I would have looked at the other half of the store but already I was impressed with their inventory of DIY paper, jewelry, crafts, toys, knitting and weaving supplies, seasonal decorations, yarns and fabric, sewing machines, container ideas and even candy and consumer electronic gadgets. This is where moms can go for a one-stop shop with or without the kids! I'll def be back to get my crochet on!

Associates are so nice. I asked for a price check on an item, and not only did she check but she let me know that in 2 days the price would be reduced. Saved me $10!

They were having a great sale! Got a ton of cute halloween stuff and some great yarn (such a selection!).

The manager on duty was so helpful! I needed to get 16 fake pumpkins and she helped me in the store and even out to my car.

The ladies at the fabric cutting station, however, appear to hate their lives. Perhaps a smile every now and then might help?

I went for something specific, but they didn't have it. However found a good deal on some other items!! Staff were very friendly & helpful. Store itself was very neat, clean & organized. Always a 5 star store!!!
