The lady named Sam that took our order was an absolute gem. So kind and joyful! Coffee was good and fast as well:)

Batista was amazing! Made my visit so much fun. Food came out nice and hot and my drink was just the way I like it! Keep it up Starbucks!

This is our favorite Starbucks location. They do a really good job at making consistent drinks. Their coffee always tastes smooth never tastes burnt. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and seem to be consistent. The parking can be a little tough at this location especially during rush hour so be prepared for an issue there. We always do the drive-thru and even though the line is long sometimes you can get through it pretty quick. The staff always seems friendly and happy to be at work. Unlike some locations they seem to always have plenty of people on staff.

Hands down the best Starbucks in town! When it is busy the employees still makes the drinks to the same great standards. I'm always amazed how the store is kept to a high standard of clean.

My baby's favorite place to get a smoothie and cake pop. Always great service 💕 she loves a pink drink with coconut milk & I like Carmel macchiato with whipped cream 🤙

Always timely service even when it's super busy! Tons of gluten-free options! Also they aren't rude about super customized drinks, which is why this store is my go-to.

All the staff we’re super friendly! I went there the other day and I bough a reusable cup, I got home and unfortunately it was cracked. I called the next day to see if I could exchange it and the staff leader Heather (I think was her name) was so friendly on the phone, she said she remembered me and she would honor it so she let me get a new one! I was so thankful!! That’s such great customer service, I really appreciated it. Definitely 5 stars

Only been here once since I don't live in this area/state, but my sole experience was great. They make a mean pumpkin spice, probably the best one I've had in ages. Had to use the drive-thru (booooo... I hate drive-thrus) as the lobby was closed (in the middle of the day 🤨) but it was quick and easy and they got it right. Whenever I'm in this area again I'll happily return to this location.

These are the sweetest baristas ever. My car died in the middle of the drive through. Not only did the manager call her mechanic husband to help, the batistas and even some customers helped push my car through the drive through and to the side. They brought me a drink and were super sweet. Nest Starbucks ever.

In a time when so many businesses AND WORKERS are struggling, it was AWESOME this morning to be in a place where the workers were singing and having fun while quickly working to serve their customers! Friendly, fun, fast service - even some of the customers joined in singing! Thank you for the bright morning! And our drinks were spot on!

We LOVE the baristas that work here! Always super friendly with me & my hubby! It’s nice going to a coffee shop and being happily greeted and it just makes you feel good!

It isn't often I go to any type of coffee shop for something other than coffee, but this time I did. I was hungry. It was already 2 PM and I hadn't eaten yet. I am on a rather strict calorie count and I wanted something low in calories and healthy. McDonald's, Wendy's, and all of the other fast food places weren't going to offer this. I remembered stopping at a Starbucks in Denver recently and having their coffee along with egg white and roasted pepper bites. That's what I wanted. I knew those were low calorie and flavourful. I was hoping they served them all day. They do and that's what I got.

I've had good experiences here and the drive through staff has been consistently friendly. Coffee has tasted as I expect from Starbucks

Staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I've never had a drink here that wasn't made exactly the way I wanted it. Bryce is the best barista in rapid city and the manager on duty, Chance was ultra rad.

Friendly staff excellent lattes coffee shops have friendly customers....always a pleasure getting my lattes there.... drive thru people are great.... don't know how they can remember numerous orders coming in. I admire their work ethic. Love, love Starbucks.

Nice Starbucks store in Rapid City's gap: very busy street out front, forested hill in the back, which gives it an interesting vibe. The interior is fairly small, but exactly what you expect from a Starbucks. It can be very busy here in the afternoons. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

They were really friendly and helpful assisting me with using my points to get a free mermaid cup!
