Scooter's Coffee

The coffee has been terrible the last few times we've been there. I tried calling and letting them know so they could hopefully fix it. The manager was rude and hung up on me. Usually the service and coffee is excellent and it's my favorite coffee place and my wife's comfort.

I LOVE fresh roast coffee ☕. The franchise has been around 25 years. This will be my first time trying this awesome brew. I highly recommend this place.

I work at the Scooters on Eglin, but wanted to shoutout the 5th street girls for making me the BEST americano yesterday. exactly how I like it! Love love love

Great coffee!!! I got the the Turtle Latte and my girlfriend got the S'mores Latte. Both were exceptional! I'd say it's MUCH better than the national chain that everyone seems to get. If you're looking for great tasting coffee that doesn't taste burnt or has tons of sugary syrups added, give this a try!

Coffee tasted fine to me. Decently strong and doesn't taste over-roasted. They have a lot of flavors too. If they had soy milk it would be my go-to place.

Love the smoothies, delicious and always consistent. Quick and friendly service. Enjoy the suicide prevention week sticker on the cup as well. Thank you.

It's a drive thru, so Atmosphere is irrelevant.

They have a great rewards app for getting free drinks after so much spending. Best coffee in my opinion. They also have some food.

My first time trying Scooter’s Coffee, it was amazing. I have went back every day of my stay in Rapid City for another cup of Joe.

It has amazing flavor and the different milk options make sure that anyone with an iffy stomach can enjoy a coffee and not worry about the upsetting aftermath.
I tend to get the blended coconutmilk carmelicious with light cream and caramel or the chai tea latte hot. Both are delicious 😋

I want to thank Brenda and her team for going above and beyond for me today! I received a gift card for a gift that wasn’t activated (no biggie). I was about to leave and Brenda and the other girls took my information and got it all figured out and later got back to me that they had my gift card waiting for me to pickup. They went so far above and beyond for me, I wasn’t even worried about the gift card but Brenda made sure that I still am able to use it. Thank you soo much Brenda! (Also they made some delicious coffees for me this morning ☺)

Spectacular, friendly service. After a recent visit my teenage daughter commented, "I always feel so good after i go through this drive through. I think it is because they always include us in the conversation." It was an excellent observation. The girls are always having fun, but you never feel like the fun excludes you, they share stories about why they are laughing and let you join in. In addition they are quick, so it almost feels like you have to drive off too soon!

As someone that use to work there and goes through on a pretty regular basis this is my favorite place to go by far. They have the sweetest staff ever no matter what or who it is. The coffee is definitely on the sweeter side but you can always ask for it half sweet or with more espresso. About the only down fall is that I’m not working there anymore so I don’t get a free drink.

The food and drinks were amazing. Super friendly staff and fast service. Like another reviewer had mentioned, they include you in their conversations and make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend and come again the next time we’re in town!

Stopped by here on a road trip and it was great all around. They were very busy but were extremely fast and the workers were extremely friendly. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches we got were great too. I highly recommend this place

"A random act of kindness always sparks another". This place has incredible customer service and is always quick, plus amazing coffee. I believe this morning it was the managers daughter who did mine and thank you, really helped my day start off right.

This is a Deaf Friendly coffee shop! They are always smiling and happy to help me. They communicate on their tablet so I’m getting my coffee/food exactly how I want it. I just ordered a Pumpkin Carmelicious blended. I asked to have whip cream added. They did a BEUAtiful job with the whip cream! MUCH better than I've ever had at Starbucks. Plus, it tastes way more delicious.
