Bath & Body Works

My wife loves to go here to pick up her favorite hand lotions and other scents. I like to go there to people watch, the place is always packed so the deals must be good. The store is clean and the staff is super friendly.

Took my 7 year old grandson to get something for his mommy and daddy and the sales ppl were great with him in helping him find the perfect gifts for his patents ....he had a blast !! So glad they weren't like others that just do not have time for kids !!! Or adults either ....lol...great atmosphere to shop in this bath and body ....perfect !!!

I'm a guy and I love this place... always fully stocked, and the smells are incredible.... very clean, and super friendly employees.

The semi annual sale was great as always. Dillon at the Bowie store at the Bowie Town Center was extremely helpful getting the products for all of us vertically challenged people, he was pleasant and willing to assist not because it was his job, but because he is a true gentleman. All of the other employees were just as pleasant. Next day I went to the Annapolis store at the Harbour Center and once again a wonderful experience and of course some great deals.
Your stores give the warm and fuzzy feelings this is why I will be a forever client.
Please give recognition to your employees, so they know how much they are appreciated.

Amazing products and customer service! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in the store for a certain candle and ended up falling in love with every scent! Deborah greeted me at the front with a friendly smile and was very generous with helping me pick out the perfect scents! She encouraged me to try new ones and I fell in love with the scents she picked out I ended up coming back the next day for more! Definitely the place to go for soaps, candles, wall scents, sprays, lotions, and they have such amazing deals!

Highly recommend this location over the one in the mall, especially during sales. Very good stock/variety for seasonal items (though, maybe not if you're looking for something very specific/dated). Employees are extremely nice and will make sure you get your discounts!

Wow! Everyone was really nice and they store was clean and organized. I wanna recognize NICOLE FOR BEING A SUPER STAR! She took the time out to show me different scents, sprays, lotions. She really was professional. Bath and Body are lucky to have her! She deserves a raise or free lunch. Something! Everyone was very nice and professional.
This store is number 1 in my book! I will be coming back!

Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. I was trying to buy lotion to have on hand as holiday gifts. They recommend fragrances that wouldn't be super strong and would work for multiple sensibilities. I appreciated the extra care and attention they gave me, a person who was very overwhelmed by the smells and choices in the store. Thanks for all of your help!

In Annapolis/ Forest Plaza, the associate greeted me as I entered. She was polite and friendly. She recommended several products and let me know about an upcoming return policy change beginning next week.

I just had the best customer service experience in my life. Sarah helped me find exactly what I was looking for and recommended things that were relevant to my purchase. She let me shop all while still ensuring I was taken care of. She educated me on how the coupons work, and gave me gift bags as I was purchasing for others. My intention was to come in for a candle and 60+ dollars later I can easily say she did her job well haha. Thank you Sarah, I was having a bad day and your genuine self made it that much better. Highly recommend this store!
