Five gold stars are not enough. Every time I come in the place is being run so well, staff work tirelessly, processing everyone’s various needs swiftly and professionally. I probably go too much (guilty Amazon procrastinator) but even I am treated with kindness and good attention every time! I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about the people working there especially to Maia who is truly lovely and a smiths fan. She is great to see and I will stick with her and UPS always

I vacation often up here to Maryland, and I just have to leave a review. When up here for extended periods of time, I get really home sick. My family sends me packages and other cute little things as a little hello from home. The UPS store has become my happy place. The packages coming and going from there make my week, and the staff only make it better! They love to strike up conversation and aren't anything like other postal places. I actually rejoice in their humanity, rather than them seeming like emotionless robots. I've never had a bad experience here, if anything, they make a bad day better. They recently added little lollipops and a fun spinner to bring livelihood to an otherwise seemly mundane environment. The professionalism and love that you feel in the store goes so above and beyond traditional stores. Their bubbly personality and the environment they create has even been a factor in my decision to move up here. I am so confident in the ability to send and receive my packages as well as interacting with the staff that it makes an otherwise difficult idea seem within my possibilities. I cannot brag about this place enough, when I'm there they honestly make me feel welcomed. A huge thank you to the staff, especially the two lovely ladies and the younger guy whom i often see at the front, for being a comforting face! Oh, and please never get rid of those lollipops, especially the strawberry ones!

Amongst all of my travel, this place is the best for both sending and receiving packages. When I travel around, I like to send souvenirs and I often receive care packages from my husband. Since I come to Maryland for work often as well, I send and receive work documents. To put it lightly, I come here alot. The customer service at this store is impeccable. The staff are so friendly and make me feel so comfortable in what is normally and boring environment. They also set out lollipops and a cute spinner wheel that I find to be such an adorable touch. Even though I stay a good 30 minutes away, I always come to this specific store. The hospitality and care that I feel from the staff and environment makes my stay so much better. Such a great job!!!

Opened a small business a year ago and can't say enough about how wonderful everyone at the Eastport UPS store is! They are kind, helpful, outgoing and always brighten my day. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help, the service is reliable and so very appreciated.

Unfortunately I cannot recall their names, but two young women working at the counter were above-and-beyond extremely helpful to me. UPS was unable to send an international parcel I had at that location, but these women offered to drive the package to a location that would for me. So kind!

I brought my two children into the UPS store to get passport photos. The representative was probably the nicest and kindest customer service rep I’ve ever met. I love this UPS store and have been to all the other ones in the area and none compare. She made our experience easy and accommodating. I highly recommend this place, these people are the best.

Colin was wonderful— great attention to detail and before he shipped our things he realized a tiny discrepancy in the address and he spent a lot of time helping us sort this out. The office was busy but the whole team was just so friendly and thoughtful with each person that came in—and you could tell they really are a close knit team and like working with one another and know a lot of their clients. We would go back just because Colin made a tricky shipment much easier and was super patient and good natured. Great UPS store!

I just want to give a “shout-out” to Colin Cassidy, a manager at the Bay Ridge UPS Store. When I was faced with the challenge of returning an appliance in a damaged box, he went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. From now on, I plan to go to the Bay Ridge store for UPS service.

I had an outstanding experience at the UPS Eastport Shopping Center on Bay Ridge Drive. I had a problem printing the return label from my phone. Alex the Store Manager was determined to make sure my package was sent today. He was professional and courteous which made my visit very comfortable and pleasant. Conveniently located in the Eastport Shopping Center, this UPS Store is so dang wonderful! The staff at this location are God-sends - quick to assist, kind, knowledgeable in all the store offers from shipping, secure shredding, rental mail boxes on site, and a host of other services. Highly recommend! A+ and 5-Stars all day long! Bravo Zulu and thank you to all the staffers at this Eastport UPS Store - they never fail to give a perfect experience!

Miss MAIA helped graciously, soft spoken and precise and appreciated taking her time with me. I am grateful for her peace of mind she radiated!
Would make a wonderful teacher and a success at anything she does! Please sign the shredder with cost and rules. I thought it was a service free. LOL. Pandemic kept me away for too long. Glad for our Eastport UPS store.

The staff at this UPS store never disappoint! No matter how busy they are, they always have a smile on their faces and take the time to chat. We are so fortunate to have them in the neighborhood!

This UPS store goes over and beyond to help with your mailing. Alex will go over and beyond to deliver excellent service, and the staff were pleasant, helpful and took the time to ask me enough questions so they could make sure I got the right mail service. It's an easy access with plenty of parking.

Angel at this UPS store went above and beyond to help her customers today - friendly and patient. Highly recommended!

A pleasure to work with, for anything! Everyone there is consistently friendly and upbeat, not to mention efficient and customer oriented….and the store is always immaculate. Eastport is so lucky to have this UPS store.

We rented a mailbox here the first week the store opened, and visit several times a week for many of the services offered. This store and the staff are incredible, and surely has made our life easier and stress free. My brother also uses the store regularly and would agree.

This store is GREAT. They offer all kinds of services that you would not expect, post office services, office supply store services, notary services and of course UPS. I am sure there are more also. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. I strongly recommend that you use this store.
