AT&T Store

I was completely unable to receive messages or phone calls. I called AT&T five times and chatted twice I came to the AT&T Lakeshore store and John solved it in three minutes. Whatever he’s paid he should be paid 10 times. He is the most amazing tech person ever and I have a PhD in engineering and I’m saying that from my heart, and he’s a genius and also bilingual!

John helped me out today with my internet and billing. He did it very quick and easy. He’s very patient and very cool! Will definitely come back to him. Thanks John!

I recently visited the store to upgrade my iPhone, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shmeek. From start to finish, Shmeek provided an exceptional level of service. Not only was he incredibly informative, patiently guiding me through the various options available, but he also went out of his way to ensure I felt confident in my decision. I went in today not expecting to really complete everything i needed to do in one appointment, but debora completed my whole transfer as well as got me some accessories to go with my new phone! I’ve never had such a smooth AT&T experience and left this satisfied! Will definitely be back to this location! :)

I want to start off saying thankyou to the team at Att they helped in a tremendous way starting with bibi greeting me making me feel welcome I've just became a customer the other day leaving tmobile! Immediately after me trying to get my phone to work shemeek comes over trying to help using his devices and did everything he could do with the help of Shelby they both tried different techniques to try and help me out which showed me they care for there customers I want to say they got me happy about switching to ATT I feel l made the best choice thanks to att and especially these three they are the best!!!!! Please give them an acknowledgement or even a raise!!! I'm also a first net customers Thankyou so much ATT I love it already!!!!!!!

It was a great experience. I was in to replace my iPhone with the 15Pro. Janeth is the AT&T sales consultant that I worked. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, explains exactly what the choices are and their differences, most of all she was patient, a good listener and easy to work with. I have been purchasing products from this location for years and never had a bad experience.

This is a well run store. I always get attention as soon as I walk in. Never wait more than 5 minutes or so for a salesperson. David (?) and John Lee were super helpful the last 2 times I was in. Only issue was that when I bought my Google Pixel phone I was not made aware of the special offer for accessories like earbuds and missed out. There is some signage but they really should have made it clearer at point of sale. I don't remember who the salesperson was. Other than being pretty bummed it has been a great store for me.

Lost my phone on the Bay Bridge (don't ask, it's too embarrassing to tell, anyway...). RubyS was totally professional and successfully restored my new phone within minutes to match my lost one. An excellent, no-hassle experience. Thank you!!!
