This 5 star is going to Kelly; she went above and beyond. My partner and I came here at 2:15pm, Kelly was on window and was so sweet I had to make it known! We appreciate you Kelly.

Lucia, wow, such a lovely worker. Completely fills the standards of a Dunkin employee. So beautiful.

Always clean, employees are always awesome whether I'm there at 6am or 5pm and they never fail to get my order near perfection (which is hard cause I'm a little picky with my coffee lol) they don't always have the donuts I'm looking for (rarely) but when they don't they usually have my second choice! They have offered to have me wait on occasion if I'm really in the mood for them and they have them preparing them in the back, which is no issue at all and I will wait some times! They've never gotten my order wrong whether I'm in the drive through or dining in! Just a great place to get great coffee and really yummy breakfast items! My dad and I make this our go to for breakfast!

Dunkin Donuts is always a Rock Star, professional team workers, fresh coffee and donuts, always fast service.

Easy shop location right off of 88 with a drive thru and a very fast line inside of the store. Service was great, even if it is 530 in the morning everyone seems happy to be there. I utilize this location often and like to say that we appreciate the little things, even in the early morning.

Always a great location. Food is thoughtfully prepared, never burnt and overcooked, also not slapped together and falling apart like most fast food places. Order is always correct. Coffee drinks consistently made as advertised and delicious!🙂

Got the Charli Cold foam, it was delicious. I think I just found my new favorite. The combination of the flavors is amazing and I am not really a cinnamon lover and I love this. The service was good a little slower but there was a lot of orders at Thai Dunkin must mean that they do a great job. The person who checked is out was very friendly and very efficient.

Based on the Drive-thru experience! Let's start by saying there's not enough STARS for the ranking, this Dunkin location is the "BEST" in Pittsburgh. If you're like me, this is your first coffee and to be greeted in a way that you can't do anything but smile is a great way to start your day. I only know one employee by name (Madison) and her signature greeting automatically makes you smile. If you rate this location anything less than a 5 Star, then you haven't been thru any of the other drive-thru competitors. You know the old saying, "You only have one chance to make a first best impression" ...and that's why I keep going back, day after day. These employees are amazing. You feel like a friend, not a customer. The coffee is great, doughnuts and muffins are always fresh and the breakfast sandwiches tremendous.

My youngest grandson absolutely loves the bacon, egg & cheese croissant. Whenever he realizes that we are going to go in the car together, he ALWAYS asks if we can go to DD! Also, iced donuts with sprinkles are high on his list with chocolate milk! I love being able to put a smile on his face in such a delightful way! Staffs have always been more than kind with him ordering!!!

Okay. This has to be the best dunkin around. They are always ready to go at 5 am when I show up some days before work. Just today I placed an order. There was a miss communication and the one drink was wrong. They were very understanding and made it right in no time. I thought I had all of my order so I pulled out. Went across the street to enjoy my coffee and food. I noticed an dunkin employee was running out of the store. He was flagging me down. I was not sure what he was doing. Then I noticed he was holding another coffee cup. I remember I forgot my daughters hot chocolate. He ran across the road in traffic and chased me down just for the hot chocolate I forgot. I have never seen that kind of service from and fast food place ever. Thank you dunkin. You are awesome. Keep it up.

Never had problems here, usually quick too. Worth the further drive from work on Lunch than going to the South Park Rd location.

This location is always wonderful! Great coffee, great food, and wonderful service!!! Even when they are insanely busy, they are still fast and friendly. The one guy, Ryan I believe his name is, is always smiling and makes my morning!!

I'm here almost daily! The crew is awesome. I love that they know me and took the time to remember what I like and how I like my hashbrowns cooked lol everyone is just amazing. Great customer service!

Love there coffee. At this location the staff is not pleasant but are not rude just matter of fact but won't judge the product on staff since they will change over time but the product will hopefully stay the same.

The staff is always friendly and they handle their long lines with grace. I'm here every Saturday and the place is always buzzing! No pun intended.
