Starbucks

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. I go to a different Starbucks closer to my house on the weekends for convenience, but this one during the week as it’s closer to my job. This location never disappoints- order is made quickly and tastes the same every morning, the one I go to on the weekends is unpredictable. Drive through staff is always friendly.

In my experience this has been the best Starbucks in the entire area. Eve though they get incredibly busy they still maintain their quality. We drive past several other Starbucks to go to this one.

Starbucks is a fantastic place for coffee and relaxing. Every Starbucks offers a place to sit and relax with friends and family. I really love their Lattes. Download the app and order before you arrive so it’s ready when you show up at the door. Also allows you to collect points towards a free drink or food item. I love Starbucks.

The staff are always so pleasant and professional. There are times when the store is short staffed, but the employees still push to get orders out as soon as possible with no risk to quality. Customers should exercise more patience when visiting any busy locations. I appreciate the warm atmosphere, product availability, quality products, and kind service.

Sienna took and made my order. She is such an amazing worker and everything she makes is very good!

Even when it’s busy with in-store and drive-thru orders, I’ve never had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes in total here between entering the store and leaving with my drink. Always had pleasant interactions with the employees too who all smile when greeting me, are polite and get to the orders as quickly as they can even with how much they have going on sometimes. No complaints from my experiences here whatsoever. :)

The staff was very friendly, but the drinks were amazing. We go to plenty of Starbucks’s but we get the same thing every time - tall vanilla bean frappuccino and venti strawberry açaí lemonade w/o strawberries.

We don’t like to mess with custom orders much since these drinks are hard enough to make, so if you can make them well under those circumstances it’s more than good enough for us!

If something tastes even slightly off, my girlfriend will notice. She said this was the best she’s had in a long time.

The customer service here is always friendly. My kids love the cake pops and definitely enjoy the Frappuccinos. I went through the drive thru which is busy often but they move the line rather quickly.

I dropped my phone in the parking lot, the screen shattered and went black. Obviously time for a new phone, however with the work related encryption that becomes a monumental and time consuming task. Stressed, the nice young lady at the counter asked me what I would like and if I was okay? I told her what happened and she took my order. She then said the coffee is on the house. She made my stressful day less stressful. I highly recommend this Starbucks. I never did get her name, but I will never forget her act of kindness.

I already loved this Starbucks location (Bethel Park) and today they gave me another reason. I ordered a few items on the app including an order of bantam bagels. When I got there, they let me know that they were out of bantam bagels which was not updated on the app. They asked if I would like something else in its place, so I ended up getting a regular bagel with cream cheese. I only had to wait an extra minute or 2 which I didn’t mind at all, but for the inconvenience they gave me a card for money off my next order. They definitely didn’t have to do that, but it was much appreciated. 🙂

It's Starbucks. Staff is great and friendly despite being super busy. Food and drinks are consistent across the board.

I go to this Starbucks almost every day (I work within a couple miles of here). They are always very friendly and greet me by name. I've only had a problem with an order twice and both times they swiftly fixed a new drink and gave me a coupon for a free drink for my trouble. Service can get a bit slow during busy times, but its not because they aren't trying to get things done quickly and accurately. The store is larger than many Starbucks locations and it is kept clean. The only complaint I have is the parking lot, which is narrow and is shared with a couple other businesses, can get pretty hectic; however, that has nothing to do with Starbucks. I will go out of my way if I am traveling to go to the Bethel Park Starbucks. I love it there.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordering was easy, drink was prepare quickly and employees were friendly. The driving area around here is a little tight and it's a pain to make a left on to 88 but otherwise a positive experience.

Loved this. First time I was able to go into a starbucks without anxiety. (Lots of people in a small place is too much) I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it wasnt crowded at all and it wasnt that loud. Workers got my drink right, and stayed and enjoyed it. Workers were on top of orders. Would definitely recommend.

Yes, I know - overpriced. I happen to like the Frappuccinos and lattes quite a bit, though, and those egg bites are divine! The staff is friendly and I love the app - I use it to order ahead of my arrival all the time.

The pop cakes are crazy delicious, you must try it

I was impressed with the speed and Accommodating service. Also Covid-19 practices were also 8n place and politely enforced by the manager. This is a clean, well run Starbucks and recommend stopping in if you are the area.
