Panera Bread

Customer service was a no-brainer for my very small and rare issue at this location. General manager Kerrie treated me with respect and rectified my issue with ease and speed. Awesome place to eat.

Had some difficulty with their Wi-Fi but after restarting my laptop it worked fine. Food was good, same as other Panera locations.

Broccoli cheese soup was delicious. Chipotle chicken sandwich was spicy and tasty.

Had a group of 10. Orderd bagels and Danish before the menu change. Thanks to KEN the catering manager.

I had stopped at Panera Bread in South Park. The young lady that waited on me was friendly and thanked me for the tip. While waiting for the order I left my cane at the cashier counter. An employee LINDA found me and she carried my order to my table and then brought over the napkin holder so I could get more napkins. She was so pleasant and kind. We talked a bit about three minutes and her shift was over. She made me feel so welcome. Thank You for such wonderful employees. 💗🌈

When I first arrived, there was a line..I wasn't gonna stay, but my son really wanted their food.. glad I stayed bc as per usual, line moved, food awesome and that's bc the kids that work there r amazing and smart w the menu (& that's not ez!!!) Loved it and recommend 🤩

My family reserved the party room for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration! The general manager, Rick, was very helpful and ensured that we were taken care of! He was kind and accommodating with our needs as he also helped with the other customers that were at the Panera. He was quick and was able to assist everyone! My family was very happy with their meals and the customer service. Would certainly recommend this Panera for small celebrations and general dining!

Always my favorite i come here atleast once a week if not more. I love the cinnamon crunch bagels and the everything bagels but they have many other options. Hot and cold/frozen coffee I always get the frozen coffee because it’s so yummy. They have lots of healthy options like soup and salad or salad and sandwich or which ever way you like it but it’s a good alternative to fast food!

First time here. No complaints! My food was fresh and yummy. Some lady who was working gave me a free apple of no charge. Kale salad was bomb! Always eat an egg with a salad to help absorb nutrients. Had my order to go. I will go again! It's only ten mins from me.

Charolette went above and beyond with her charismatic attitude and wonderful service. As for the food the broccoli mac & cheese and the broccoli cheddar soup are great.

I drive past two other Paneras to come to this South Park Location. It is always top notch. They are never out of anything. Service is warm, friendly, and quick. Sean, the manager, is always helping out the front line in a rush and you can tell he knows how to run a great store!

We go to 3 different Paneras in our area. The Robinson and Bethel Park locations in the Pittsburgh area are the best. The Bridgeville location lacks leadership. The decaf coffee is either out or barely warm often times, and the bagel selection is lacking. The cashiers are friendly and helpful, but it seems that no one is assigned to periodically check the coffee urns. It's a simple procedure overlooked too often.

I love this place. Panera has an offer where you get unlimited coffee for 9 dollars a month. I work right next too panera and I pretty never make coffee at home now because it's I'd so much cheaper too get the coffee at panera... which I never thought I'd say about buying coffee lol. At home you have too pay for the electricity, water, coffee, creamer, and anything else you'd like yoo add which definitely adds up too more than 9 dollars a month!

The workers are always so friendly and helpful here!! They were quick to help me out when I had gotten the wrong soup in my order and were so courteous about it. This has to be my favorite Panera!

Been coming here for a couple of years, always good food, friendly staff and healthy for the most part.

Are here again tonight, less employees but just as good as before.

Good sandwiches and soups. Great for lunch or dinner, or having a coffee with friends. Better option than most fast food.

Very clean, staff was very nice and the food was fantastic. This was my first time there and will return in the future
