Very friendly and helpful staff. Always make me and my son feel welcome. They are also willing to honor coupons, returns, and exchanges while other nearby locations are horrible and make you feel like a burden. So this store and the employees are a breath of fresh air.

LOOOVE B&BW! That was my birthday treat to myself! Wish I could just go and blow $100 bucks in there every payday. Even my four year old wants "purple smell!" from bath & body works, and she runs away yelling "smells good!" She asks for a different 'color' fragrance every day... But they are supposed to be mine! (Whiny voice)

I’m an Instacart shopper, and had my first order ever today for B&BW and it’s was a LARGE order. Ginger went above and beyond today helping me find everything on this list. Her store & product knowledge were IMPECCABLE, and I truly appreciated her being so helpful.

Always a nice place top go to & you can always come across a decent deal. Returns are always hassle free.

Pick up 3 wick candles during once a year sale. 9.95 each normally 24.95. Staff was great. Very helpful. They followed cdc regulations to the T. Sanitized each customer hands when entering.Was hard for them but made it possible. I'll be returning if I need anymore for Christmas gifts.

The store is quite big, and all of the sales clerks are super nice!

They were very helpful and they even checked in drawers top help me find what i was looking for. They also advised me that they get shipments in very frequently so if i couldn't find something one day i could confer back in a couple of fatwas add they would probably have it. BTW the semi annual sale flies on all the way to the end of June

Always like coming into this location, neat store to shop in, everyone needs soap. Brightly lit and colored store, sales people are always friendly. I come for their foaming hand soaps and wallflowers.

I found a new favorite scent today 😁 and ordered it through there website when I got home! This was my first time shopping at my local store during a Semi Annual Sale.

Great place to shop for lotions. Wonderful fragrances. Sweet pea winter candy apple and champagne honey apple. They have candles hand sanitizers and bath bombs. Enjoy!

Heidi was very helpful. I was hunting bubble bath as I remembered it but they don't make it. So she assured me I would love the other items it place of bubble bath.

this is a wonderful store for women well for anybody who loves candles and lotions bath salts everything smells so good in there my favorite lotion body wash spray is Sweetpea the scent of the body wash stays with you all day but they have so many different fragrance that it's so hard to choose from I suggest going in and just looking they always have things on sale even clearance the employees are very helpful very happy atmosphere

The semi-annual sale is always great! I was a day late. It started December 26th. There were still a lot of great items to choose from at superb prices!

Store was clean, staff was very helpful & kind, & they made a place for me to sit down when I got overtired.

For all your body creams, lotions, hand lotions..... this is the place. They also carry scented candles. The price is right. Great customer service.

This shopping center was beautiful. Next time I'm visiting I'll stop by again. BBW always has a great sale and I love everything in that place 😊
