One the best places for retro video games, this store is awesome. As a regular at Game Giant since 2018, I love stopping by this store each week to see the new trade-ins.
The owner & the staff are truly passionate about what they do. They always have great deals with some of the best selection around!

Genuinely the best gaming store in all of NC. I walked in with a bag full of stuff, expected $20 left with $60. Plus the selection is unbeatable!

Great Little shop that always as a rotating selection. Fair prices across the board. I stopped price shopping them against past ebay sales as they were always equal or less than recent sales.

I was trying to get a Xbox 360 wireless earpiece and got that here for only $15! And they even threw in the wired one for no charge! Every time I want to get a retro gaming item, first place I look is here! 5 stars, and if I could, 10 stars!

This place has it all! From NES to ps5 I bought a snes with dk country and a copy of Mario 64 all works great! 10/10 best place of games of all kind

If you love classic video games, This is where you go to get what you need. Awesome selection of games for every console. Classic consoles and accessories ready to play. The team here are knowledgeable and friendly, just passionate about what they do. Picked up a couple NES games and they are in great condition. Thanks

Underrated gem in Wilmington, picked up a really nice reshelled gba and some sonic games for a really great price!

I've been to a few similar game stores, this place has blown all of them away. Not the biggest building, but they have used their space right. The place is packed with tons of games. They even had the PSP charger I was looking for. My wife was in the car and it was 10min until closing, so my time was cut short. But I'm heading back to Wilmington ASAP with this place being the main reason for the hour+ drive.

Easily one of the best videogame stores in all of North Carolina. Having games ranging from the turbografx to the ps5, along with services like a disc cleaning service, I'd say it's worth going to. They make sure that all cartridges are real, and will even test them in front of you before purchase as well. They also sell dvd's and bluray's as well!

I was looking for a Nintendo Wii for my young daughters to give them a fun experience without shelling out the cash for a switch and the guys there were extremely helpful and worked with me on the price of the games and accessories we wanted. Very good selection of games, devices, and accessories. Thank you Game Giant!

If you're a gamer you gotta go to Game Giant. They have a huge selection and wonderful very helpful staff.

The staff here is extremely friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. The selection on both used and new games is great, so if you’re on a budget there are plenty of options available. Also, they offer you fair prices for items you are trying to sell. I sold a lot of my old games
to a pawnshop before hearing about this place, and it devastates me to think how much more money I would have gotten if I had brought them here. Overall this is a hidden gem in Wilmington. If you are a gamer you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.

Best place for older consoles and games. The staff goes the extra mile. I bought a power cord for an Xbox 360. But he made sure everything worked before I payed for it. Without me asking.

The owner is very nice and personable, and will actually give you a fair price for your games. We made $1500 in a week selling old video games, most of which we would have thought were worth nothing.
If he thinks it is worth a decent amount, he checks the prices in front of you to see the current trend and give you a good deal. He can buy old game systems or scratched games even if they aren't working, because he knows how to fix them.

Loved this place! We're always looking for video game shops during our vacations since the only thing in our area is boring GameStop. Managed to find a PS1 game to add to my collection, and they had tons to choose from from pretty much every console. Staff were welcoming and eager to help out. Glad we stopped by while in town!

A diamond in the rough of Wilmington! Fantastic and helpful staff, not to mention the incredible selection of classic games and their consoles (NES, SNES, N64, etc) and more modern stuff (XBOX 360, XBOX 1, XBOX Series X, PS4, PS5, etc). Pretty cheap too; definitely come to find some great games and new additions to collections.

I was able to stop by and the staff there was extremely nice and helpful, I was able to find one of the games I had been searching for, definitely will be coming back next time I’m in Wilmington

I've been coming here since I was a kid and this place is awesome! The prices are very good and the customer service is great. I go all over looking for game stores and everytime I come back to Game Giant its like a breath of fresh air. Ask them anything about the games you want and you won't be disappointed. 10/10

I visited the store to trade in a few items, nothing to big. I was very happy with the value they game me for store credit. I love their selection from all gaming era’s.

The guys in the store were friendly and nice to speak with. Unlike other gaming stores these guys were nice and welcoming, which is the reason I decided to take store credit and make some purchases above and beyond my trade in credit.

I will visit again, they have a customer every time I visit the area again!
