Highly recommend this location! My husband is the service manager at a large dealership. So he usually takes care of any issues that I have with my car. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem that could not wait, during the recent snow. I’ve never purchased or replaced windshield wiper blades. It’s usually something that is done when I take it in for service or my husband takes care of. They helped me get exactly what I needed and then fixed the issue for me in the freezing cold. Thank you for the great customer service!

Thank you Jake. This morning at 7:30 I purchased a $250 car battery from another Auto Zone off of Hwy K. Due to limited staff, they said to come back at 1 pm for install. I called, and was told to bring the car back at 5 or 6 pm because they were swamped? At any rate, I brought my daughters car up to store 2064 off of Hwy K, just a few miles from the other. They were busy as well, but Jake immediately dropped everything to help install the Battery for me, so that my daughter could head back to school. Thanks again to Jake and store #2064 for great customer service.

I love the Autozone at Hwy N & K, they are always so helpfull and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to everybody!! They helped me with my battery and wiper blade, outstanding people

Fantastic store. I am always happy with AutoZone, and go in every couple months for something. Yesterday, we were in to recycle a battery, and pick up a couple other things. That staff was so helpful, as always. I felt like I needed to leave a great review. Thanks for everything you guys do. It is much appreciated!

Cleanest, most organized AZ I've been in. And a friendly employee.

They had the engine assembly lube and the special tool which I needed for my Head gasket job in stock and no one else did.

Had to just change a Headlight while on a delivery, walked in and he already started me up for what I needed. Helped alot!

I visited the store location at Highway N and K. I needed to purchase a battery and wiper blades. I didnt get his name but he was wonderful, and treated me with superb service! Give him a raise because he went above and beyond and this is getting more rare. Thank you! I will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. More so than most other Auto Part stores I've been to in my life. They don't make you feel like a burden.

Very helpful. Did you know they have an OBD2 ready that they will let you borrow to get the read and then they will show you the codes thrown and give you print out for free!

Bought battery they put in for same price quickly which would have taken hour wait at dealer and gave good advice on battery and put on acid absorber. Also gave good advice for a/c freon full if needed or not which we found did not - helped with troubleshooting. Nice and professional.

This AutoZone location is amazing and has excellent customer service! I went to purchase a headlight for my Ford Explorer and was going to the dealership to have it changed. The store manager herself changed the headlight on the spot in less than 3 minutes and saved me $50.00 and a trip to the dealership!

Brenda the store manager was wonderful, efficient and extremely helpful . She helped us pick out lightbulbs for our Honda Odyssey and installed them quickly . Her customer service was exceptional and friendly !! This is my second time I have used this Autozone and we will definitely come back !

They were very quick when helping with a check engine light and they are very helpful when looking for parts for your car. I recommend this place if you're nearby and need to have your car looked at.

Went in the other day to get my battery load tested. The guy that helped me was super friendly and nice. You could tell he was genuinely interested in his customers and was happy to help.

Had what I thought was a bad battery. Headed down to the AutoZone at Hwy K and N and was absolutely impressed w/ the service. Brenda checked me out quickly and offered some tips that helped. Scott checked my battery determined it was bad and installed the new battery in now time. I would definitely recommend AutoZone because of this service.
