Staff were absolutely amazing! I was involved in a charity rally when I went through a rough patch of road and destroyed part of my exhaust. I needed help as soon as their doors opened. The staff could not have been more accommodating And even provided a safe area to prevent me getting run over. Shot out to the employees of this store for going above and beyond!

Quick stop for oil change supplies. Ward greeted me warmly and quickly. He is very knowledgeable, helped work through a bundle discount, even quick grabbed my items for me, and rang me up with a smile. From overhearing other conversations, seems like each AutoZoner provides the same level of excellent service.

Great place to buy vehicle parts and accessories and competitive pricing

Ask for Louis! I came in to buy a headlight bulb I thought went out. He took a look at my car-- turns out not only was my bulb just fine, it wasn't fully attached by the mechanic who was working on my car the other week. The same mechanic apparently also left one of his tools under my hood!
Louis noticed the left behind tool and let me know buying the new headlight bulb was unnecessary, but I decided to get it anyway for when one actually does go out.

Robert Wayne Gave us the best customer service Ive gotten from any AZ rep in years. We are a repair shop in Maryland and came in town to do work on our daughters car who is stationed at Drum.Twice in the last couple months we have used this store to get parts, rent tools etc. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate us each time. Today especially he was incredibly helpful. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to help us on the fuel pump repair and tool rental. If every AZ rep was this good then they would be my preferred retailer. I wish Hagerstown, Maryland had a store with reps that maintained this level of professionalism and customer service. Thank you again!

I stopped by the Autozone store on Arsenal st. in Watertown today with my Jeep with a tail light out. I have nothing but positive things to say about your employee S Ward. After being turned away from the Evans Mills store, Jonathan at the Watertown store was extremely helpful on Aug 8 with assisting me in returning my alternator. This return was complicated and required multiple calls to corporate. Jonathan was persistent and was able to successfully return the product. I am very appreciative of him and his teams efforts. Outstanding customer service!

I went to the Watertown, NY AutoZone store on Arsenal St and got such wonderful service. The customer service I received from an employee named John was outstanding. He helped me with exactly what I needed and even helped me replace the wiper on my car.

Quick. The employee helped me find stuff around the store. Nice people. Been there a few times and everyone is energetic and ready to help.
They even ordered in a part that I MIGHT need and held it waiting to see if I need it. Good service here.

I was in on January 11, 2019. I've shop auto zone before and always had a great experience. Yesterday was no different. I needed a wiper blade. The young man who waited on me was awesome. He even put it on for me and made sure I didn't fall because it was a little icey out. Out standing customer service. Love this place. Keep up the great work.
