Helly Hansen Annapolis

I want to give a big 5 star rating to Cameron and his team at the Helly Hansen store in Annapolis. I purchased a pair of Alpha Lifaloft ski pants from the store that fit perfect but when I went to the mountain they did not fit over my ski boots so I called HH customer support which was not helpful at all. Therefore, I reached out to the store to see if there was anything they could do. Everyone at the store was very helpful, responsive and Cameron was able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. I love the Alpha Liftaloft ski pants and highly recommend purchasing from the Annapolis store. We are fortunate to have a HH store in Annapolis with a great team of employees. Thank you!

Went in to by a new bib because my 7 year old bib was falling apart. As soon as I walked in they noticed my worn bib and told me there’s no need to buy a new one because they came with a lifetime warranty. I didn’t even know mine old bib was had one. They gave me a new (and updated) replacement one, let me try it on, took the old one I had and I was out the door before the parking meter was up. Literally only spent 95 cents and that was to the city of Annapolis for THE PARKING METER. 5 stars.

I bought a nice coat from here to take back to Amsterdam. Perfect for the rain and wind. It’s not as warm as I wanted but it is dry. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices are good. Great location.

Just bought my kid a $200 jacket from Helly Hansen and the quality, craftsmanship, and style is just as good as my military issued gear from Arcteryx. He loves the jacket, it keeps him warm and dry and he thinks I'm the best dad ever. Great customer service here, lots to choose from. Bring your wallet.

My 10 year old rain jacket’s zipper broke and I took it in to buy a new one and they just replaced it! What amazing commitment and customer service. I’m sure it helped that Cameron helped me, he was so patient at helping me find the right replacement for my jacket. This store is awesome!

I was visiting Annapolis from California and was looking to replace a rain jacket I had bought at the Annapolis Helly Hansen years ago when I lived there. The lining on the inside was flaking all over my clothes. When I mentioned this to the gentleman at the store, he offered to replace it with a new jacket! All I had to do was pay the difference in price, which was $30!! I was so appreciative to say the least! I also bought a new jacket for my daughter as well! Top notch company and customer service!!

Seamus McCarthy was amazing he greeted me at the door , assisted me with my concern and explained next steps. I’m a manger of a great company and even offered him a position. You have a great manager on your team! He deserves an increase in his salary.

I was gifted a jacket over the holidays that did not fit… assistant store manager went above, and beyond to mail me the jacket in the right size! Now I’ve got the coolest jacket right in time for a sailing trip. Def will be returning!

Stopped in your Annapolis store while I was visiting. You did not have the jacket I was looking for but Seamus who was working in the store could not have been more helpful. He showed me a jacket with the same fit and helped me identify it on the website. Bravo to Seamus for your help!

Seamus and Sam were the BEST! Found a shirt we liked and they searched until they found it! Love the store, love the products and loved the employees!

We were travelling through by boat and were only in town for day or two. I fell in love with a jacket at this store, but indecision had me walk away without it. Weeks later, I contacted Seamus to see if the jacket was still in stock and it was. The customer service he provided to get that jacket to me was well above the call of duty. I'd go as far to say as it was the best customer service experience I've ever had. The jacket was sold out online, but thanks to Seamus, I now have one.

I had a great experience at HH Annapolis today. I brought in a sailing/rain jacket I’d bought there about 9 or 10 years ago, which was essentially falling apart in certain areas. I had no receipt with me, and frankly expected to be told ‘tough luck,’ though I was also wearing a second jacket I bought there. My experience was entirely to the contrary. The manager identified immediately that the jacket had delaminated, and said this was covered under warranty and he’d offer an exchange of their current comparable sailing jacket - all without me even having to ask. I opted to go instead with a water proof jacket better suited for hiking and general use, and was given a generous store credit towards that one. I received great, friendly customer service, and was happy to see HH stand by their product and customers. You get what you pay for. Thanks!

This store is really cool and the manager Cameron knows his stuff! He was patient and helped me pick out the right clothing for my needs without being pushy. Im rough on my gear and im very impressed with the durability of Helly Hansen. He even recommended a great lunch spot to go to while I was in Annapolis!

Love this brand!!
We came in just off a 2 hour sail cruise on schooner wood winds in the pouring rain.
My so called Costco rain jacket did not stand up to the challenge.
We walked in soaked!
Walked out with new jacket and pants... Dry and very comfortable....

The store spacious and clean. The employees are very nice and definitely customer friendly!
There is a great selection of items here, they also have a decent sale section too.
They do sell footwear at this store and different socks, gloves and wool layering garments.

The Helly Hansen in Annapolis is awesome. Seamus was super helpful and knowledgeable as we were gearing up for a major sail in Canada.

I was in the store one saturday and Matt was so helpful and friendly. He helped me find the perfect jacket for my son. He allowed me time to take pictures and send to my son at school and wait for a response. Once we figured out exactly what my son wanted he found it in the store and I purchased it. I appreciate his great customer service and have told my friends and family about the Annapolis Helly Hansen great customer service. Thanks Matt keep up the great work.
