It is a great local carniceria for West Oakland with all the normal choices of meats. Prices are usually fair, but everything these days are on the rise. The quality of meat is good and service behind the counters is friendly. A clean store where you can buy all the staples of a grocery store. They also have a money sending service and a Uhaul business. It's definitely worth shopping small and local at this place.

Came here to rent a UHaul truck, which is apparently a sideline of this family run grocery mart. Very nice staff, and good, old fashioned service. In and out fast with the truck rental.The small scale of this business is their advantage. You get personal service with personal attention.

Buy your Hispanic spices here, super cheap!

Family owned, small market, I stop by to get quick items if I don’t want to go to a big grocery store but is not cheap, they have meat, dairy, and produce, and they rent u haul trucks, I think they also do western or something, not sure, is not in the best area so don’t drive all the way over here to get something small but if you live in the area check it out

Came by this place to get a U-Haul but also decided to look around and check it out. Really enjoyed the selection of items here. I am not too familiar with many hispanic markets around the East Bay but my gosh was I in love with their snacks and hot sauces- I just simply had to buy one of everything that I was missing lol. The people who work here are super friendly, made it a great experience for the whole moving day situation.

I’ve been going to this store for over a year and people in this neighborhood should thank the stars that they have this valuable resource. It is a real market, with a butcher shop, sandwich shop, and a ‘very’ well maintained produce department. With their green produce, unlike Safeway or Lucky's you’ll never find bits of dirt or sand in it. (Addition 6/1/2016) ....By the way, I suspect the marginal reviews I see here below me, since they're so obviously in error, are just personal problems they went into the store with; inevitably a bad end no matter what.
