Travis delivered the very best customer service! When my equipment suddenly failed to function, we called Travis. He went out of his way after normal business hours to provide the necessary part. I recently had a GREAT experience with Mr. Travis Anderson, Manager, AR Medical Supply in Las Cruces. I live out of State and was visiting family in Las Cruces and arrived on a Saturday night. I had a catastrophic equipment problem with my CPAP, of which, I am totally dependent on. When I reached out to my CPAP equipment provider back in Michigan, they explained that it would be Wednesday before a replacement part would reach me in Las Cruces. In contacting AR Medical after hours, Travis agreed to meet me at the Store on Sunday, when they're normally closed. Upon reviewing my equipment problem, he was able to quickly & efficiently provide me with a replacement part which worked 100%. Thanks to Travis and AR Medical, I was able to sleep peacefully and enjoy my time in New Mexico prior to returning to Detroit, MI. Thanks Mr. Anderson for meeting me on your day off and saving my sanity/wellness during my time spent with family. You are my hero! -Jeffrey

These people have medical supplies and are a great help when your in a pinch when you run out of supplies.

I don’t know where these horrid reviews are coming from. They did nothing but work with me. My Drs office forgot to put flow rate on prescription. So last minute the drs office called them on a Friday afternoon and them closing in 30 minutes. They had my machine ready and my son picked it up for me with a few seconds to spare. He raved about the customer service. Thanks all at A&R medical. I appreciate y’all so very much.

I have a lot of experience with A&R. My elderly grandparents have been BLESSED, by the professionalism of A&R. My grandfather had to have a hospital bed, a trapeze and a Hoyer lift, delivered AND assembled, at their home. They didn't leave until we were comfortable with tje equipment. I personally dealt with Melissa, the manager, and she is now, like a family-member. Melissa made the long-term-care experience for my grandpa, so much easier than what was required of her OR A&R. Melissa went out of her way for my family, at a time that we really needed an angel.
