The UPS Store

The friendly staff there work extremely hard to ensure you get what you want and need, all packages get delivered, never have a problem. Always fast courteous and professional, they are the experts at what they do and are happy to help you. They deliver. Special thanks to Donovan, I came in with a big order 2 minutes before closing and even though he probably had a long hard day he was very patient and kind and helped me figure out the best way to send them. I appreciate you man!! Thanks!! You helped me in my mission. And did it with style.

Very attentive to the customer!! As soon as I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk, Jen, saw that I was out of my element and needed some assistance. I told her I don't usually come to a UPS store and was unsure how things go. I told her what I needed and she immediately helped me without question; told her my concern and she took the helm. I felt very comfortable and satisfied that my concern wouldn't be a real issue at all.

The entire team is super sweet and efficient and a nice organized lil store -
Hopefully all the new employees training goes well <3 and I dropped off some origami cranes for them to hand out so hopefully that works well for them!

The store was packed and busy but the staff was proficient, professional and organized. Taylor made my flawless. I’ll be making this store my option for all future printing needs and research getting a P.O. Box as well.

Taylor ran that store like a BOSS during her shift today (Saturday after Xmas). She multitasked giving customers directions while she helped other customers pack or ring up. She was friendly, helpful snd empowering!

Even though the person we got was in training, Steven was excellent, competent, and functioned in a very professional manner. He caught an error in a zip code, and had me call to check it. Had he not caught that a very old and precious Family Bible would have gone to a wrong location or been potentially lost. Excellent service particularly for someone in training. Thank you Steven!

The UPS store is always efficient and kind no matter how many packages I have to ship out. Taylor was quick with all my packages, multi-tasked with other customers in a professional manner and was happy and kind the whole time.
