Goodwill Groton Store and Donation Center

Amazing customer service here. Manager is polite and understanding. A really clean facility for a a thrift store super clean. Always satisfied when I come to this location. They have by far the happiest cashiers that actually want to help you. I’ve made my share of large purchase from this store and have always left feeling like I was treated well unlike other locations. Worth the hour drive to me.

I dropped off items at the donation center at the Groton store, and the lady that helped me unload. All the items was just very kind and helpful. That is a true asset to the team because it’s so hard to find kind, caring, helpful people. She is a definite asset to the Groton in Store.

I just went for a pair of shoes and got the most amazing new wardrobe. This place has the best stuff!

5 Star Epic shopping experience. Loved finding awesome treasures throughout the store. Be prepared to look around, hunt and rummage throughout the shelves. Your treasure might be placed in an odd area of the store. If you are a thrill seeker, Goodwill is definitely the place for you.

Every shopping experience at a Goodwill is definitely a new adventure. You never know what you will find. Thank you Goodwill for having such a unique store of Goodies. Like they say.."Whatcha got for me today Goody Will? Whatcha got for me today?" Vintage finds in these hard oppressive days of inflation.

You will be able to find high quality items for a low price. If you're a fan of used books and secondhand jars, vases,etc to decorate your home I'd recommend you check it out.

Great store. Good merchandize. Can be a little pricey. Got a shopping cart full of new items though. I do not support the CEO or the lack of funding. But this is a good store. I'll come back again.

Very busy store, the staff works very hard and are kind/helpful for all my needs. Selection is great and prices are amazing here, best thrift shop in the area on a budget.

I always go here with my fiancee they have a great selection of movies, CDs, toys and more. A lot of great finds if you go frequently. Would highly recommend.

One of the best and well organized location I've been to. Always something interesting whenever I go. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Pretty sweet not only did I get a pair of pants but it came with this mf prison shank yo. Like it still had fresh blood on it. Best goodwill ever
