Quick and easy drop off. Friendly staff.

I’ve made a lot of trips to this location and everyone there is always so quick and nice. I’ve seen a lot of rude people dropping off stuff and being awful to the employees. Depending on the stuff you have, the amount, number of people ahead of you, etc it might not be instantaneous so hopefully people are capable of understanding and being courteous and not-terrible-humans. Kudos to the employees who put up with it without losing it, I definitely couldn’t and you guys shouldn’t have to. You’re appreciated and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

The super easy drop-off starts when my car trips a sensor so they know I'm outside waiting. They come outside, ask my zip code, and I pop the trunk and let them know exactly what's for Goodwill. I don't even have to get out of the car! Employees aren't always friendly, but that doesn't affect my reason for donating.

Very easy to drop off your stuff drive up they bring out a cart, help you unload your car, very helpful.

They are happy (and helpful) to take all the used items we could load in our truck.

The guys are helpful and will unload everything for you. They offer receipt for taxes. You can not ask for an easier way to donate goods to a good cause.
