I just got out of urgent care and I almost have bronchitis. They sent my prescriptions to this Walgreens. I called and spoke to Jeanine and asked her if my meds could be ready today and she made sure they were ready in less than a hour. Thank you so much Jeanine!

I have used this Walgreens for over 7 years. I have only experienced courteous employees including the manager on duty. I have been there at all different hours of the day, 7 days a week 😃 managers and employees ask if I need help finding something :) my only complaint would be excessive wait time in the pharmacy. In which case backup is usually called. Thanks Walgreens!

Bianca worked with me and double checked making sure my husbands prescription came through. I did not wait very long and the bonus in the end was that she was Polish English bilingual as I am. Very comforting to me and gave me a big smile. Excellent customer service.

Vilmarie, Sara and all the pharmacy staff here have always been amazing. Most recently when my mother -in-law moved here from North Carolina this store was the smoothest part of getting her settled. They filled all her medications in the time it took to go to Verizon and get her phone transferred. While the call center may leave a lot to be desired, the pharmacy team at Thornydale and Overton is amazing. Its like having a small town pharmacy just down the street.

I'm about as white as you can get and I'm constantly followed around this store. It seems they are trying to go out of their way to help the customer. I know the ladies in the makeup section are ALWAYS there and it's part of their job to look out for criminals as well as help the customer.

They are almost too friendly. The pharmacy is extra fast in always filling my prescriptions.

I don't know about racial profiling but they are extra attentive. It's all about perspective I guess.

So coming up on the young age of 63, many are suprised at my age. Perhaps they're being nice or really mean it. Either way, a couple of years ago, while having an allergic reaction to my makeup, I bumped into Christal and boy did she help! She suggested #7 out of the UK...& I've been happy ever since!
Not only is she knowledgeable & informative, she really cares. Needing hypoallergenic, I've been around the block & Christal really know what she's doing....she won't just sell you something, she'll take time to find the right product for you.
So have a great night...stop by Walgreens to see Chrystal for some expert advice!

I like the location of this store. Amanda the front cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding specific items i was looking for. She was very personable and that made the experience that much better.
