It was very quick and easy to set up my internet through Cox. So far, my connection has been strong and reliable. I’m getting a 500g plan for relatively cheap. You don’t need nearly that much, but it’s helpful to maintain a consistent speed around 100 or so.

I cannot fully express how above and beyond, courteous, professional, helpful, and respectful every single employee at this store was to my family and me in a difficult situation! Ernesto and all the employees there did everything possible to fix my phone issues I was having. It was an inconvenience to be having technical problems from a new phone/line but at the end of the day it was resolved and I truly appreciated their help.

Went in to turn in router and shut off services. Was seen by Brendan and he was very helpful at explaining the process for me. Also got further help from Ernesto to help speed up the process of cancelling my plan since there was a lot of customers in the store. Great service and very helpful members

I haven't been to this store but i called in after i ordered my service (internet only) online. $39.99 a month(for a year) +$9.99 for the modem. It's wayyy faster than ATT you can see on the picture. the second highest was ATT and cox is HomeLuque. Att had constant wifi drops while cox has no issues so far. Customer service was great on the online chat. Installation was scheduled very next day. Quick installation and was ready to go!

Brendin was exceptional! Superb customer service and very understanding! I went in there to cancel my service not that anything was wrong with it I just found a better deal with Verizon internet. From the minute I walked in there was someone to help check in. I waited no more than 2 min, told him what I needed and he took care of it in a jiffy! He didn't hassle me for cancelling my service! Definitely will consider them if things change in the future!

Joseph was really helpful! I’ve never had an account till today but from start to finish took about 15 minutes. Got called up right away, picked out an internet deal, made my account, and went in the back to get my router. It was even busy with customers at every counter. Definitely felt like HIGH Priority!

Excellent customer service!
I was just coming in to pay my bill at the kiosk and one of the customer service associates came from around their work area and volunteered to help me with my payment. That was pretty cool. I was glad they did help me because not only did I need help paying my bill with both cash and a card but they helped answer a question I had about my current internet plan. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Bill paid and questions answered. Thank you COX.
Make sure to have your account number on hand just in case they need it to assist you with your account. They close at 7pm on weekdays and at 5pm on Saturdays. Closed All Day on Sundays. So if you need to pay your bill to turn service back on be sure to make it in before they close or you will have to wait for them to open at 10am the next morning.

I walked into the store this morning to return some equipment I had forgotten about from a previous residence and was greeted by possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had. Keep in mind, I’ve heard horror stories about customer service from both Cox and Spectrum before so I was skeptical if it would take 20 minutes for a simple transaction. It didn’t! I was greeted by two representatives, the second being Jorge who took me right to the counter, looked up my account without even asking me and turned in the equipment before I could even blink. He complimented my hair (he had a great ‘do too) and then even walked me back to the door. I was in and out in 90 seconds or less and was almost baffled at how good the service was. In today’s day and age, manners and customers have largely disappeared in favor of expediting processes and just getting stuff done, which is great, but it leaves a hollow feeling for lack of human connection. This was an example of both coming together. Well done Cox! And thank you Jorge!

Outstanding customer service. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who assisted me, but he is tall, black, and has dreads. Very kind, compassionate, respectful and had me in and out. Approached me the moment I walked into the door. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I feel like all the one star reviews are from alternate universe where our experiences vastly differed. Everyone at Cox I've dealt with have been courteous and polite, and have helped me with all of my issues. Maybe if you didn't start your conversation with them already angry you'd get better service.

I am a first time cox customer that just walked into the Cox solutions store to pick up my modem. As soon as I walked in i was greeted by Adam who walked over to introduce himself to me. He was very kind and was able to answer all of my questions. He let me know about the benefits of adding a cable plan to my order but was not pushy about it like other salesman. As a first time cox customer I want to say that I believe I have made the right decision in switching. Adam is a great representation of the company and if I ever have any issues I will be coming back to this site store. Thank you Adam for your great customer service skills, knowledge and for making my transaction as easy as possible!

I’ve had some good and some bad experience with Cox.. but I just want to mention one really amazingly great thing I went to pay my bill online and I just saw this… free calls to Ukrainian etc until March 7! That made me cry with just emotions, I think that cox is so good to do that for people during the war against Ukraine ! Thank you Cox cable for being amazing and thoughtful for allowing free calls to these places. It just shows where the ceo of Cox heart really is! ❤❤❤

Great place great service. I don't know what others were talking about. I had internet and cable service and it was fast and always on. Dish always went out and had extra fees. Plus all the sales staff at this location we're friendly and got me everything I needed really fast.

I giving them a high rating for my own customer service experience. Now for the internet/cable service it's too early to call it. But I'll tell you that 2 1/2 years ago I had a very bad experience with Cox service. They were going to my apartment about twice a week. In less than a month I had to cancel Cox. I went to AT&T.
I been with AT&T for over 2 years but now they are trying to screw me over...with higher prices and run arounds...I had been trying to get help from them but all I'm getting is BS. So now I'm coming back to Cox Cable and going to give them a second chance. Hopefully the service in my current area (Vista) have gotten better.
It sucks that we only have 2 providers in this area. I'll keep you guys posted on the service.

I asked them to come outside to give my Cox internet order (kids were asleep in car struggling with a newborn, 15 month old and toddler) they were so nice and came out to do this for me and made my day. Can’t remember the gentleman’s name but wanted to shout them out! Thank you!!!!

I dont particularly like cox, but the staff at this store are awesome. Turned in our box after having cox three years and the turn in process was quick and painless.
