Vons bakery is awesome! Enrique made my wife the cutest cake . We get all of our cakes here for our special occasions. Thanks to Enrique for his talented decorating skills . I recommend getting all your cakes here as well.

I want to say Thank you to Vons Bakery especially THANK YOU to Enrique who made 2 cakes for my birthday and they were amazing and beautifully decorated. He was so nice and polite when taking my order and was very helpful. I was just in awe for these cakes. I definitely recommend getting your cake for any occasion at this location.

I believe it was Enrique who made my delightful Dinosaur/Dragon cake. It’s a tossup which it should be called 😆 though It is precious!!

This Vons in particular always has the most friendly staff members who see to making my shopping experience wonderful. Always willing to help lend a hand. The facility itself is always kept clean, updated and user friendly. They have better quality food (fresh), and better choices than competitors.

I came to Von’s on 2/14/23 around 4-5pm. I don’t usually shop here but I had a very pleasant experience. Aaron made my day. He was so welcoming and sweet and made me laugh and smile. I am going to shop here more often because of staff like Aaron. I hope Aaron had an amazing Valentine’s day and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Will be back very soon.

The employees made my experience comfortable especially while checking out, the lady commented on what I bought in way that was interesting and struck up conversation with otherwise reserved lady who was bagging stuff . The cashier made the area a positive environment

Clean and neat. Employees are genuinely happy to help. The Pharmacist took extra steps on my behalf to call the Dr twice out of concern for potential allergic reaction given my reported allergies.

Super clean store. Great spacious isles, well stocked shelves. Fresh fruit, very excellent quality. Wonderful deli for all kinds of treats, fresh sandwiches. I love this store.

Everything was going good. Got great deals. It was a little more than a half hour from closing. No one was really in the store. Absolutely nobody by the butcher, who is putting things away. I asked if I could get some ahi tuna. He said he put it away already. Made no attempt to just run back there and get me a couple of pounds. And told me to come back tomorrow. {Almost 25 miles round trip).He did have plenty of time to stop and do nothing and talk to a girl while I shopped for my other stuff around there. It rubbed me the wrong way.

I use delivery or pickup alot! I appreciate the person filling my order, when ssomething is out of stock they call me! So kind to do that me! They are johnny on the spot as well!

To all of the employees at Vons, thank you for being the best! Even though you are understaffed, your attitudes are awesome and helpful. Keep smiling. Also they have the most beautiful roses!

While I have never had a bad experience at this Vons; can't say that I've had a memorable one either. Until today, the cashier we had today was extra awesome, quick,witty,friendly, genuine and attentive to my young niece....left laughing and will definitely make it a point to be in his line just for the great service!! As soon as I find my receipt I will edit to give him the kudos he deserves!

I love my Vons. The Cashiers here are the coolest and nicest cashiers around. It’s always clean and stocked well. It’s my favorite between all of the surrounding grocery stores which is funny bc my husbands is the Ralph’s and yes we compete 😆.

Very clean establishment with great customer service. You have the Wells Fargo branch in their with multiple atms plus a few slot machines if you get bored. Great cocktails at the bar with free concerts while social distancing

Hmmm. Reviewing my reviews and I saw that I must have accidentally posted a one-star rating for Vons. Don't know why except that Google was probably bugging me with notifications while I was at the gym or something. This is our neighborhood Vons. We shop here all the time. Great people.

This was my first time at Von's. I love it. While walking down the isle exploring, sales staff asked me several times if I was finding what I needed, then the cashier was so friendly can and pleasant, giving me a Von's saving card and asking if she could help me in any other way. I will be a regular at Von's
