Let's just say not everything in here actually works.

I would have given a one or a zero because of the Pro Plan misinformation deceptive practices false advertising but I gave it a two because even though the one employee when I signed up gave me false information I have received good customer service on several occasions.

I had signed up for the Pro Plan program last year and only received my initial box and I realized that I had not ever received my other three boxes throughout the year. I lost out on all those.

This year I signed up for the Pro Plan and I did not receive my second box in the mail. I called and was told to wait until the end of August or beginning of September. I did when I realized I had not received it. I called and I was told they changed the program even though I signed up with being told different of what I would receive. They discontinued the Box program so I lost out on three boxes again. Very deceptive. I am being told I will still get my free item every month and now they changed it to $15 off coupon but have to spend $150 every quarter to receive. Misinformation deceptive lying false advertising.
