Every time we go to Timberland at Potomac Mills their customer service is excellent. We have growing boys who regularly need new boots and they always go above and beyond to find the perfect fit for our kids.

I will definitely go back here. They actually have jeans that aren't skinny or pre shredded! I shouldn't have to get that excited to find a store that has normal jeans... Aside from that, the prices aren't bad and the staff was really nice and helpful. All around good experience for me.

Good place to go not sure if they still have the deal but as of two weeks ago they had a buy one pair and gets the other for 70% off so I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff very useful if you haven't gotten any winter timberlands
