Very helpful staff. I like all the examples showing various tile and shower door layouts.

Upon my initial phone call, whoever answered was very polite and pleasant. They carry good product and had exactly what I wanted in several sizes. They were very helpful and polite when I went to the store. I will return.

Didn’t use them just went into shop and Tom was super helpful. If I decide to do my floor will definitely use them

Rude, poor customer service. Brighton Tile is a preferred vendor for the contractor I hired, so my husband and I went in to check out what they had to offer. I showed the gentleman pictures of what I was looking for; he showed me two things and then walked away without saying anything else and sat behind the desk. Offered no other help or sugguestions, they just ignored us. They didn't even say anything when we walked out the door. Completely rude; I would never give them my business.

My husband and I went in to look at tile for our kitchen back splash and when we walked in the man asked us what we were looking for then said you can look at the samples. He did not say anything else to us. Completely ignored us..There was a woman working there as well and she never looked at us either. Their customer service was horrible.
