Excellent customer service combined with great products in lakeline mall. Went with my friend and Sara was patient enough at the counter to explain things along with handing over the receipt when we forgot it.

She also helped my friend in registering for the app service and corrected things as well.

These experiences go a long way in building customer service and staff at lakeline mall should be definitely appreciated

Great store with helpful employees, one the coolest places in the mall for body sprays, candles, lotions, and there was nice 75% off special going on one of the wracks, but the best part was smelling all the nice and neat sprays and body washes, my senses were going crazy in here, and in a good way, cant wait to visit again sometime..

First, let me say this--- l haven't been to my favorite store in years! Well today, my granddaughter wanted to go and I am sooooo glad we went in the store! It was just as I remembered but even better! I purchased my fav - Warm Vanilla Sugar and l purchased a couple of new fragrances (new to me) - Gingham and Lavender & Vanilla. The fragrances smells amazing! And my granddaughter got a couple of fragrances.

We had a great time and the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful!

Great shopping experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We cannot get enough of this store especially since they added the White Barn Candles! My boyfriend and I like to walk around and smell all of the amazing scents! Tammy was our customer service agent and reminded us of our email coupon and was super helpful from beginning to end! She even remembers us from Easter when we came in. You really can't go wrong at this store!

Staff is always super sweet, even when I've had done an returns for different scents. Staff still make you feel welcome, customer service sub superb to put up with me & my constant changes. Plus store always smells heavenly. Can't say enough niceties about the staff. Always friendly & helpful. Will continue to buy from them. I'm a ,Bath and Body Works junkie. Great selection of products.

I'm not from the area, but I really like to go to this store specifically because 1. It's the largest one in the Austin area and 2. There's an associate who provides awesome customer service. Both times that she gave me assistance/checked me out was a 10000/10 her name is Cheyenne!

We were making a return and were greeted kindly and professionally. She assisted me on the floor with patience. When were were ready to check out she came to assist with the exchange. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The selection was good and Suite policy is that if you get it home and don't like it. You can return it - which is wonderful for those of us who sometimes regret our in store decisions once we get home.

I can't shake my obsession with this store. I especially love the wallflowers and the scents. I adore the soaps and the silver holders, which makes them look so, so cute on the vanity. Sign up for the emails and you'll get weekly coupons.

The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and very professional. For some odd reason they have portable air conditioners throughout the store. I'm giving them major props though because most stores let you sweat it out when their ac is down.

I had my heart set on a certain splash fragrance. After visiting several B&BW stores, Lakeline B&BW store had it, but the only left was a sample. I expressed my unsuccessful search to manager Brianna, and she let me buy it! I soooo much appreciate her! And most of all, I don't take it for granted.

I was helped by Daisia and Leslie today! They were both kind and packed each item perfectly and secured. Thank you so much for being awesome and providing some humor.

I always enjoy shopping at Bath and Body Works. This store has friendly staff and a great selection of items. I really like their room scents, hand lotions, and liquid soap that pumps out like foam.

Everytime I we visit we leave smelling better than we did when we got there. The body lotions smell so good! You have to buy at least one.!

Mirko (I think is how you spell his name) is always VERY helpful. Every time I go in he’s smiling and recommending the best. He has such an awesome personality and definitely deserves a raise and some recognition! I don’t buy from the store unless he’s there haha

Was passing thru town and had a great experience there. A staff member (I think her name was riki) was extremely polite and helpful. I spent a bit more than I was going to on the gift but it was good value and could not resist. Great place. Exceptional staff.

This place is by far my absolute favorite place to buy body sprays. And they always have some deals going on.
