Tom and Sarah were so amazing to work with! This was our very first cruise and we had so many questions, and they answered all of them. They were extremely professional and responded quickly. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Tom and Sarah planned such an amazing trip for us! They sat down with us, listened to what we had in mind and created an unforgettable experience! Everything was seamless. Our trip was to London, Paris and Munich and everything was planned flawlessly. All we had to do was print vouchers and hop on a plane! I would recommend Tom and Sarah for anyone looking to travel anywhere. I can't wait to use them again and already have some ideas for future destinations to bring them!

The Balassys helped us with a smooth cruise vacation. They booked us in perfect, conveniently located rooms that we wouldn’t have known to book ourselves. I cannot begin to put into words how thankful we are for Tom and Sarah. They went above and beyond to help us. We booked a European cruise through them. Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery the week we were suppose to leave. Tom and Sarah worked overtime to set everything up for us to get handicap accommodations to still go on the cruise. We then realized that my husband was not going to be well enough to travel. They then switched gears to fight for refunds for us. Without them, we would have lost all of the money from the cruise. All through the process they checked in on my husband to see how he was recovering. They were truly a blessing during a very difficult week. And now we are thrilled to be sailing on another cruise in the near future, thanks to all of their hard work!

Tom and Sarah were SO awesome. We had a lot of trouble with trips getting cancelled due to COVID (as has everyone!) and Sarah worked tirelessly to help us find a date and location to finally take our trip. We ended up choosing Cabo san Lucas in Mexico, and Sarah was so incredible - from helping us choose a resort, to planning excursions, and keeping in touch with the resort until the day we departed to ensure they were open and what the safety precautions were. I can't wait to book our next trip with them!
