This was my first car lease experience and I’m a hard person to get to make a big purchase like a car lol. Larry Goode made me comfortable, it was smooth, and it was quick. He already had two cars picked out that he knew we would love. He communicated through the whole process that way we knew what we were working with. I could not be happier with my purchase or Larry’s service. He made me feel like I was a part of his family and made sure I was taken care of when it came to buying my buying experience. They also threw in First Place Finish with the packages I purchased. I never thought my first lease would be a Kia but I am so glad that I did decide to go there and that I had Larry to help me. I love my new 2024 Kia Forte and everything about it.

I am loving my new 2024 Kia Telluride. My first time ever buying a new car for myself. Brandon Jolly was so quick to help and so patient with me. He helped me look at so many different cars along with a few test drives. His patience was so kind and helped the process go so smoothly. SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride SX from Brandon Jolly and I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I’m actually 3 hours from the dealership and Brandon sent me so many personalized videos of the vehicles I was interested in! He never rushed me or was pushy at all, he was truly helpful and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They delivered the car to me and I am absolutely obsessed with it. I had a great experience, everyone was so helpful especially Anitra. When they didn’t have the car I wanted in stock they found the one I wanted at another dealership and I received it in two days. They even through in winter guard mats which are expensive. This is my first Kia and first electric vehicle. I am glad I chose this dealership to do business with.

I haven’t bought a car from here yet, but I told one of the sales men I talked to that I’d leave him a review because he is a good dude. So my sales guy was Brandon he was a very nice guy and hasn’t pressured me into buying a vehicle. He answered all my questions and he was honest. So give Brandon a promotion. After dealing with him I told him I was going to leave a review. These guys care more about their dignity and being honest more than Most dealerships. Especially because a lot of dealerships now an days just want your money. He hasn’t harassed me with text trying to get me to by a vehicle either. 10/10 experience so far and I still may buy a car from here.

Today was my first visit at Union County Kia. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. When I was lost and trying to find my way to check in for my maintenance appointment, they guided me to the right path with a warming smile. Also, while waiting at home for my car to be ready, I received a call from them just checking in to see how things were going and if I was satisfied with the service so far. Salena was my service advisor and she was magnificent! She even helped me with a coupon of $10 off! I'll recommend this location to loved ones and will return again too!

I was searching for my first EV, and the Kia EV6 is one I thought offered great tech, cool design, and overall value I was seeking. I live in central NC and found Union County Kia through an online search, the prices they had were great and so I reached out. Stephanie was my contact in sales and she made it one of the great buying experiences! She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped me finalize the deal I wanted, kept the communication open and kept me updated regularly. We finalized everything and I had the vehicle delivered to me within a day. Trust is a big aspect to handling the deal purely online and Stephanie made me comfortable in going forward with the purchase. She shared the details of the vehicle and was transparent throughout, it is a much better vehicle than I could have imagined.
