Wanted to let you know about an amazing experience I had at this place. Their sales guy, Ray, is incredibly knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions, making the process super easy for us.

But here's what really blew me away - the General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. He knew we needed to come back to sign some papers, but instead of making us come in on a day when my husband was off, he offered to have one of his staff come to our home. How amazing is that?

I really can't speak highly enough about this place and the exceptional customer service they provided. The entire staff treated us like family and were so friendly. I'll definitely be referring this place to my friends and family.

I leased a Honda HRV back in 2021 and just swapped it out with a new lease. Both times have been a completely seamless experience. They make everything as easy and straightforward as possible while still taking the time to be very thorough and detailed in explaining exactly what you are getting/signing. The whole team- from Angel the salesman to Donny in finance- are nothing but professional, efficient, and warm. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new car!

I wound up going with Honda of Concord because I had already scheduled my appointment at that location. I was able to get in touch with this company, Honda of Indian Trail, and Diego was not only communicative, but genuinely wanted to help. Thankfully, I wound up having a great experience at the other location so I didn’t have to come in, but he was gracious and patient while I was making all of my final decisions. I will happily recommend anybody go in and speak with him if they are looking for a vehicle. He was wonderful and I’m so grateful For his unwavering support!

The sales process was good and fair. Stephen Murray was our sales person and he did a good job being transparent throughout the entire process. There were some issues finalizing the deal, but Stephen and his team resolved them and in a timely manner. Ultimately, I would use Stephen and the Honda of IT team again when looking to buy a car.

I have an older model Honda Accord & I had to replace the battery just a few days back. Then this morning I was on a major highway & started losing radio, all the lights were coming on the dashboard & losing power to keep up with the speed limit. I was so close to the Honda dealer that I have gone to for years & the vehicle completely shut down while I was in the turning lane to Honda. I walked across the highway & to the dealership to the service department. My trusted service man, Frank saw me come in the door. Once I was able to speak with him, he quickly had some service workers push my car to Honda. And he had a ride provided for me to get back home while they accessed the issue.
He called later to notify me it was my alternator & gave me an estimate.
Once they completed the job he called me & had someone come pick me up to bring me back to the Honda dealer.
In my eyes, that was fantastic service!
Not knowing what their schedule was & still being able to care for me coming in as an emergency situation.
I value the dealership & value Frank who has been loyal to Honda for 30 years. Always so good to work with Frank in a routine maintenance or a high pressured stranded situation!

Great experience, getting a new car can be such a headache. I came here after calling other dealerships and Honda of Indian Trail got right to business without the hours of back and forth. We ended up with exactly what we wanted.

I have had experience with another Honda service dept and am glad I decided to try Honda of Indian Trail. From first driving in the young lady who greeted me was so pleasant, and once getting my name, directed me to my service advisor, Gina. To have a service advisor who actually made me feel like my car needs and I were important immediately made me feel comfortable. Gina handled every question I asked with a professional and courteous attitude, never annoyed with all my questions. Thank you Gina.

Honda Indian Trail made my car leasing process the best I’ve ever experienced. We met with Stephen and he was awesome at getting down to figuring out exactly what we needed in our vehicle and working to make sure we left happy. Him and Damian talked us through the process and assured us we were getting the best deal for the car we wanted. Tyron in financing was amazing answering all our questions when we were going through the leasing contracts. Everyone was so kind and amazing just working hard to ensure we got what we were looking for within our budget. I’ll be going back to Honda Indian Trail for all my car services and all future car shopping!

I used to take my vehicle to a different Honda Service center. I had a few issues with my vehicle concerning my wheels. I had to go back multiple times and spend many hours having the issues fixed, I truly believe, that when someone else is providing a service that they should treat, whatever it is being serviced as if it were their own, and I did not feel like this at the other dealership so I decided to go to Honda of Indian Trail and I am so pleased with the whole process What used to take 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change Honda of Indian Trail took less than an hour. I spoke with the associate before she took my car back to let her know that I’ve had issues in the past with another Honda service center with my wheels And she said to me “we don’t do that here. We treat your vehicle as if it were our own”. After my vehicle was serviced Dennis my service advisor came to get me shortly after my vehicle had been pulled up and he said the same thing the other associate said to me that they treat the vehicles like their own. I will never go anywhere else to have any maintenance done on my vehicle. Honda of Indian Trail has earned my business effortlessly with my first visit with them. No scratches on my rims or gashes in my tires from tools used to do the tire rotation. Even though they are currently under construction, they know what they are doing. They have a system down and it’s amazing. I also got a video from Garrett who was the technician going over my car inspection. I checked out and I expressed to him how wonderful it was to know that my vehicle was being treated properly. A++++ service!

I had an amazing experience here working with Khalil and Damian! They were so knowledgeable and made buying a car quick and stress-free. I felt very comfortable making this purchase because they were so helpful and transparent. They truly went above and beyond and I'll be recommending them to my family and friends!

My service advisor, Warren, was absolutely awesome! He helped me navigate the most important concerns about my vehicle so that I could prioritize maintenance. He also helped me get the best possible price for my oil change and tire rotation! If you have a Honda take it to Warren, he’ll make sure you know about the health of your vehicle, give the best advice regarding maintenance and you warranty, and ensure that you’re comfortable with everything.

Frank was very helpful from scheduling my appt, getting a ride to work and explaining my issues to me. My car drove so much better when everything recommended was done (Timing belt kit , oil change and spark plugs. I always bring my car here and everyone is nice. I would recommend anytime! The remodel looks amazing.

I’m usually skeptical of car salesmen but I truly had a great experience with Khalil and Damian! They answered all of my questions clearly and made the whole process stress free. I left feeling like I made the best decision and that was thanks to them. They both exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I came to Honda Indian Trail today to get my yearly car inspection. Frank Realmuto greeted me and immediately took care of my service appointment. He has helped me for 6 years and I hope he will always remain at the dealership. He is so friendly and courteous and does his job well.

When it comes to purchasing a new car, I enjoyed shopping at this dealership because they always listen to what I have to say in my concerns and what I’m looking for. They go out of their way to look for the items that I want and the terms that I want as well to. This is what makes me a repeat customer. I would like to give a shout out to Tracy Williams as she’s always looked out for me when looking for new cars within the Honda family. I’ve been coming to her for the last three years and enjoy every time she did have Stephen accompany me to make sure that I got into the car that I wanted mainly color specifics, and had all the features and accessories that I need. Tracy always goes out of her way to follow up with me every so often and remembers every detail that I tell her from my dogs to the cars that I like and expectations of color when searching for a new product. I will continue to come to indiantrail even though I live almost an hour away from the dealership. I will surely recommend people to the dealership if they’re in the market for a Honda and or used car as I know they are able to get various used cars from their sister stores as well to.

We had a great experience! We were shopping around for a new car and had a few different brands in mind. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Jerrick and he was so nice. He answered all of our questions in detail and really helped us with our decision. We didn’t buy our vehicle the first day but came back 2 weeks later and he remembered us and helped us through purchasing of our new CRV. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming.

It had been a while since the last time I took one of vehicles to Honda at Indian Trail. I noticed many good changes; the place looks renewed with new furniture and amenities, one additional service lane was added so now there are three lanes instead of two. My service advisor Dennis Ruiz was friendly and professional, he got in and out in less than 40 minutes for my oil change and even provided me with a so much needed complimentary car wash.
