Viva Chicken Sun Valley

This place did not disappoint! The chicken was super juicy and had lots of flavor. The sides were also super tasty. The yucca is a must try. We ordered ahead on their app and they had it ready promptly. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Love love love this place! Food is always hot and ready. Got curbside and didn’t have to wait at all! Staff is always welcoming and friendly!!

The food was great and I am very pleased with the customer service. I have to say that Dayanara did an amazing job! Very sweet and she is very funny, she was very prompt and precise with my order and did a great job. Normally I have a hard time getting my food exactly right but she got it perfect. Definitely will be coming back more after this experience! Also thanks to the cooks because it tasted great.

Have to give a shoutout to Sam, she was so incredibly nice to me and my friend. Very kind, sweet, and friendly. Even kid friendly, I watched her carrying out all the food for a mom of 3 little kids and serve them. Definitely will be eating here again. Sam if you’re reading this. You’re awesome!! :)

Food is always hot and delicious. Service is always great, whether curbside, take out, or dine in. My family and I eat here at least once a week. Sanitation score is always high. The restaurant is always clean. Parking is easy. Keep up the good work!

This is my second time trying to post this review but it's genuinely worth trying if I can shout out the girl Sam who works at the register! She made my experience really comfortable, not only was she patient but she is clearly very on top of her job as well. We didn't see our buzzer going off so she decided to bring our meal to us, which was so kind of her. I have been here a few times but Sam definitely set this experience apart from the rest. The food was phenomenal as always, and the wait time was pretty much non-existent, but the customer service was really a step above this time. Thank you Sam!!

I went in for the first time not knowing what to expect, but I must say I was blown away by the great charisma and friendly service I received during my visit! The two lovely ladies if I recall were Jocelyn and Sami, they were very welcoming the minute I walk into the door. This was my first time going into viva chicken and with this experience it sure will not be my last!! I recommend everyone who hasn’t tried this spot a chance.

It’s been a minute since I’ve had viva chicken and there were many new items added to the menu that looked good but I was nervous to try. The sweet cashier Dayanara helped answer my questions about the items and recommended delicious side dishes that complimented my meal very well! I felt very welcomed as a newly returned customer and will gladly recommend my friends to try :)

Yum! Samantha is a great cashier and, along with Jefferson, got my order perfect and recommended a drink I wouldn’t typically order. It was purple (my favorite color) and absolutely delicious. The food was piping hot and super fresh! Love me some Viva Chicken. Viva La Viva.

Efficiency, I love efficiency. The team at this Viva Chicken were phenomenal. I ordered ahead and had to wait for my food, and admired the way they had fun working. I was helped and greeted with bright smiles. The food was great. The restaurant was clean, and quiet, and I’ll sit in at another visit. Good job everyone!

Service was wonderful! Especially Sam at the register made for such a great experience. The staff was super attentive , the place was very clean, and food came out ready before I even paid! I will be returning on the regular!

Went to viva for the first time for lunch and was blown away. Kayla was extremely friendly and helpful. She was so patient with me when it took a little while for me to decide what to get. She gave me great suggestions and now I’ll definitely be back for the quinoa stuffed avocado that she suggested!

Second visit was disappointing. I prefer not too any redness on my chicken. That's not thoroughly cooked in my opinion.

This place always has the best service! Whenever Sam is working at the counter she is always extremely friendly! The water was cold.

Just what I needed... quinoa stuffed avocado with pulled Peruvian chicken and a side salad of edamame. The young lady at the register took her time to help me with the menu and whipped up just what I asked for. This was sooooo good. Love this place!

Sam is the Best! She always takes the time to be polite and friendly. She knows the best things to recommend if your unsure of what to order, she always makes your experience memorable. 10/10 will be coming back.

I love viva chicken the food is good, the place is aesthetically pleasing and customer service is always on point !!! Jo and Sam have to be my favorite! Their customer service is top tier ! I love sams positive attitude and how she can hold great conversations, she is very patient and pleasant with customers ❤ and I love how Jo is always so nice and calm
