Awesome dealership. We drove from concord to this dealership. It was well worth the drive. The entire process was seamless. My sales consultant Will is what I call an A1 sales consultant. He was friendly, honest and straight forward. Everyone that I had dealings with from the guy that was handling the numbers to the lady that handled the signing of the contract were great. This location is awesome! Ryan helped us the second we walked in the door and was by our side the whole time. The whole office was friendly from the sales rep, sales manager, and the boss lady when I signed my papers! Also shoutout to the hot wheels guy who gave my babies some toys! My French Bulldogs and I bought a truck on a whim because of the Black Friday sale. Preston, our sales person, was very responsive to our needs. It was a last minute, last day of the month deal and the team made it all work, despite me having some delays with transferring funds. I thought the document fees were reasonable. I didn’t see any value in the dealership mandated key and ceramic coating, but I’m not going to knock them down for it. There was some confusion over what dealer added accessories were on the truck, they showed me around $1500 of parts and labor they had added to the truck, but the listing showed just under 3k of accessories. I am confident the dealership will straighten it all out, and will amend the review if they do not.

The 2.5 hour drive from Cary to CDJR of Indian Trail was worth it. Daniel Lozoya was super helpful throughout the buying process. He was personable, up-front, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked his rear end off to make it a good experience. I got a great trade-in and am now the proud owner of a very sharp Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I know I can call on Daniel any time I need help figuring out the Jeep or considering add-ons. He was the best part of the experience, and now a friend.

Best sales person:Kim Erickson. I am a very picky car buyer and I tend to take awhile to find what I want. Kim not only was patient with me, but she was pleasant the entire process. I told her what I wanted on Friday evening and she found it at One of their other dealerships in Garner North Carolina. They brought the truck in for me on Monday and I signed the papers on Monday night. She went above and beyond and I will buy cars solely from her as long as she is selling cars.
