Publix Super Market at Shoppes at Hanfield Village

Well let's start it off like this. If you have never been inside one of these supermarkets you don't know what you're missing. I have never in my 55 years on the planet been to a place where the employees are so polite and kind and helpful. This place is on a whole different level. I was and still am absolutely amazed. And it's not a just happened to be a good day type of thing. IT'S EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN THERE. And the food that they serve in the deli is awesome as well. The store is spotless and the shelves are stocked and in perfect order. I am so happy I finally went there. Now I'm a regular customer. Yeah it's a lot to say but it's true. So you need to try them out if you haven't.

Love coming here , today while I was about to put my bags in the car a sweet young man named CHASE offered to help me even tho that was not his duty ! Very respectful and very much appreciated! 5 stars all around the board.

Always clean. The staff is always willing to help. The Pulblix way is like the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores.

Best place to shop. Cleanest supermarket ever with wide aisles, great produce, deli, bakery with butchers on staff. All this comes with a cost, it is definitely pricey to shop here.

This Publix was new to me
Another long time been on this side of town. Found it by accident. Glad I stopped. Several associates helped me reach or locate items. They were kind and very friendly. The store was clean and nice. 👍

Good customer service every time that I am in the store!! I like the variety of sweet treats, and they have an amazing selection of fresh produce!!

Place is immaculate.
Radio adverts are no lie, very well staffed, ALWAYS someone around to help you. Yes, they take you to it....and take your groceries to your car.
At self check out, they'll still offer to do that, or take your cart if you're no longer needing it.
Great supermarket.
Their sandwiches truly are awesome
If you're looking for a slightly unusual or regional product, they very well may have it.

I'm a huge fan of Publix. There are always good sales, and buy one get one.
The Publix staff is outrageously wonderful!! And my friends, so please be nice to them as well. 💕

Good clean store, I've been in a bunch of Publix's this was a newer store,but still super neat and clean. I went in with one purpose to get my sushi fix, and that's what I got and I give it a 10 out of 10

I thought when I moved from Florida, I would be thrilled to have other grocery options. But shortly after getting here in 2017, I was desperate to see a Publix open. The Indian trail/Monroe location brings that customer service and cleanliness Publix is known for. Everything is so easily laid out. The produce is delicious! You can't beat the deli. They have the BEST FRIED CHICKEN!!! Ample parking! I can't say enough. Thank you for being local here. You bring a slice of home to my neighborhood.

If you're from Florida, than you know this place :) No hush puppies though. But everyone is friendly and yummy deli :)

Excellent pub-burgers for the grill, fresh salads and crispy fried chicken is a must. Top it off with their very own Publix Frozen yogurt!

We got our flu shots done here and they gave us a total of $20 in gift cards at $10 for each flu shot. They had many buy one get, get one free deals here and self checkout. Everyone is required to wear a mask and they have employees that clean each cart with sanitizer before you shop. Everyone who works here is very professional and attentive. Thanks Publix!

Workers r always polite and helpful, store is always clean and produce r always fresh.Some of the items r a little pricey but the atmosphere makes up for it.
