Tony Pompeii at the Quick Lane was very helpful at putting my Ford Key Fob back together. I dropped it and it busted into all of its pieces. He had it back together and working 100 percent in less than 90 seconds.

I was here for the 2nd time in Crossroads Ford service Center, and they were very professional and friendly again, especially Iris Horton - Service Advisor. For Troubleshooting and Fixing my car’s Transmission issues I appreciate to Services Manager - David Gustafson! I was very impressed with the professionalism . He kept me informed about every step during transmission replacement time. I appreciate David and highly recommended everyone to use this Service Center.

This dealership has a focus on service and quality - from senior management on down. We now buy all our cars here, we only come here for service. Our experience at crossroads far exceeds the experiences we’ve had at other charlotte dealerships including Ford, Jeep, Volkswagen, and Land Rover.

I trust the service personnel. Lisa, salesperson, is very competent.I have bought several cars from her, most recently my Edge. I always try to speak to her when I take my car in for service and she always remembers me and the car I bought. What a plus she is to your staff!! It is a pleasure to visit this location.

The service was amazing. Once they were done with my vehicle they even brought it to my workplace never had customer service like that before and big Dave my service writer was amazing.

Crossroads Ford service did a great job on my truck. They were up front with issues and time. They actually finished the work early. Big Dave was very friendly and helpful.

The first time I had an issue with my 2019 F-150 was a miserable experience. Service writer was terrible. No communication to outright lies. Was seriously ready to throw in the towel. Then David "Big Dave" Kozarich was assigned to me. This time around was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SITUATION. Glad to have a service writer who is experienced, cares about the customer, and believes in getting the job done right. There were some scheduling issues -- on their part and mine -- but David kept in touch through the whole process. Had an issue after I picked up the truck and had to go back to the dealership. The techs had all gone home. David climbed up there and fixed the issue himself, saving me from what could have been a huge headache and inconvenience since I no longer work or live nearby. Highly recommend Big Dave! 5 stars and then some!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Avry Martin in parts department and he was very helpful, and friendly. Its not always that you get the the caring customer service like i got and will get because I'll keep returning to this dealership for now on. All the other ford dealerships was total opposite. Tony in quick service was the best in customer service. I work at another dealership across the street and he made sure that I shuttled back to work and he also gave me a courtesy call to tell me that my car was ready to go. Completely satisfied and I will definitely be back for my next service appointment.
